Founded in 2012, iCorrect is a forward thinking IT support company with the mission of innovating and improving the technology repair industry. We are the number one independent repair company in London. Our walk-in service operates between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday and 11am - 4pm on Saturdays. Clients who use our walk in service will see us operate a 30 minute average reparation service, dependent on the device that needs repair. Our courier service operates within Zone 1 in Central London, with an average turn around of 2 hours from the collection of your device to delivery. We pride ourselves on our service and would not discount our quality parts when completing a repair.

Quick and very good service
Quick and very good service - i waited barely 15 minutes and my screen was good as new. With my phone in repair, I was left with no entertainment but an iCorrect staff offered me an iPad equipped with WiFi which made my wait less dreary

Excellent hassle free service
Booking an appointment on line to drop off my device for repair was quick and easy and a good quality repair was completed exactly on time, as had been promised. Turnaround time was less than half an hour and price was very reasonable. Service was efficient and friendly and I would be happy to recommend this service to anyone who needs a quick, hassle free repair of their smart phone or other mobile device.

Friendly, efficient and good value
Generally friendly, efficient and good value, and the only company that I have found that will replace iPad batteries.
Not possible in this case to complete the repair in four hours because of a delay in new battery deliveries, but all sorted by the next day.

Great service if a little pricey
The guy who fixed my phone was very nice! The lobby was clean and had seating, they were fast, and my phone is fixed!
Definitely more expensive that what I am used to back in LA, but the service was top notch.
Would recommend.

Although the treatment and the service where spotless my screen is broken again within two weeks, same problem with my husband’s which was replaced on the same day so I suppose the quality of the replacements is very poor.

I can confirm we only use original parts and such should not break so easily. A fault with the iPhone, such as a slight bend, could cause an easier break but we do resolve any potential bend when completing a repair. We do cover every repair under warranty, which we would be happy to inspect your iPhone under. Should a fault be found with our repair or screen, a repair would be completed free of charge. Diana I will email you today to book your iPhone in for repair. I did also try find your husband on our system, but was unable to. I will also confirm this in our email to also resolve. I can assure you we do not have unhappy clients with broken iPhones who are left feeling cheated by us. This is a prevalent within the repair market, and something we work hard to avoid. Great service will use them again
Great service, super quick and easy to get to in central London. I've used them twice now to replace my iPhone screen and they've done a brilliant job both times. The staff are always really lovely too.

I was very impressed with the service…
I was very impressed with the service that I received as it was very professional, and I was able to get a same day repair which was amazing. Given the service and prompt repair, I found the price was worth it too. I would definitely recommend this company, and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again due to my positive experience.

Very good service!
Was fed up of having a smashed iPhone screen so decided to have it fixed. Did a lot of shopping about to ensure the best price and service and iCorrect seemed the best. All went as expected and phone was completely repaired during a lunchtime. They even checked into some software issues I was having while they were fixing it. Service is obviously more expensive than the street fixers but job was done perfectly. (That being said I've managed to break it again already so was a little pointless)
