Lived in NYC all my life however
Lived in NYC all my life however, I am no longer a fan of the subway. Booking on the app makes parking so much easier. All I have to do is show my app when I arrive and the attendant sends me a text with a link to my receipt. Literally as easy as 1,2 and 3. I wish we had the option to tip through the application or by paying with a card.

My car was fine but I am sure why the car attendant wrote on a ticket that my car had prior damage without confirming with me. My car had no damages whatsoever and they confirmed that when picking up the car. No one had any explanation.

No one is resolving the double charge…
No one is resolving the double charge for month of october despite my attempts. The charge on September 30 is accurate as I purchased 6 month. Then I got charged on October 1st again????

Rude and disrespectful attendant
I parked at the 330 E 39th location (NY, NY) on both Sept. 8th and September 22nd. The attendant was so rude to me both times. The first time he didn’t even greet me. He appeared after 3 minutes and said “turn off your car”. I turned it off and said good morning. He asked what time I will be back. When I came back that afternoon, he sucked his teeth as if I did something to him. When I went back on Sept. 22nd, it was raining bad. I got out the car, told him what time I’d return and as I was leaving, I was struggling with my umbrella. He reversed my car and kept his hand on my horn until I moved out the way. I’m sure he saw me trying to open my umbrella but he didn’t care. It was pouring terribly, I wasn’t standing there for more than 15 seconds. When I came back for my car, he brought my car ti me and just walked away. He wasn’t taking care of anyone else because I was the only one there. He was outright rude to me for no reason at all.
