I booked online and specifically chose…
I booked online and specifically chose a location because it accepted oversized vehicles (the van I was driving was on the list of accepted vehicles). I prepaid and a couple of days later, when I arrived, I was told the vehicle was “super oversized”. It is not easy to find a spot in Manhattan that will just accept a van. The second spot initially said no but with a little convincing, the gentleman agreed.

It is so easy to book online and there are no problems when you arrive to park the car. Most important, it allows the opportunity to choose parking at a more affordable rate in NYC.

love this garage
I love this garage! I park here Monday through Friday. They are kind and respectful. I’ve tried other garages and I wouldn’t dream of parking anywhere else.

When I arrived there was no one at the…
When I arrived there was no one at the desk. I waited 10 minutes, walked to the doorman who directed me to the office. Thankfully i didn’t need to go there. When I went back to garage, the attendants were there.

I parked here this morning and was…
I parked here this morning and was texted my ticket to retrieve my vehicle. I opened the link while still in the garage. I noticed that he logged on my ticket that my vehicle had damage to to right side door,rear right side, left bumper. Which, there was not! Went back tohim to get clarity as to why was this noted on my ticket. We did a walk around together, and none of the said damages were present! (My car is new) he pointed out a slight scuff and dirt on the opposite side in which he claimed. He suggested to take a picture, and before i pulled out my phone, the other attendant jumped in and sped off! I told him my car better not be damaged when i come for pick up! Low, and behold ! I pick my car up, and there were two deep Scratches im the middle of the back bumper! I see why they add this false claim..it's because they are reckless with your property, they cover themselves, so when you notice the Scratches that happens at this garage. They will claim it was there before you came. (Lies!) those deep scratches was Not there. Side note: i feel like it was done on purpose after i confronted him about the false damages. I will not use this garage ever again ,and i will suggest that my co-workers don't either

If you have not already filed a claim, please return to the garage and fill out an incident report. Claims can only be filed in the garage. The attendant was rude, dismissive, and unattentive to my inquiries about the process.
