There customer service is awful and misleading
There customer service is awful. My grandson order subscription last night without my consent.When finally got a response they said they dont give refunds for that.Then after more messaging they tried to give me half price back,for service never even setup.The website says 14 day risk free money back.Lets see what the better business and American Trade has to say.There is something shady about the way of communication,have to down load apps to get custonmer service,if you use email been three days and still no response. This is not right

The subscription was successfully purchased and activated.
You later claimed the order was placed by your grandson without your consent — a situation we cannot verify or be held responsible for.
Despite this not being covered by our refund policy, we still offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.
Your response included profanity and threats, which is not acceptable and goes against the standards of respectful communication.
To be clear: our 14-day money-back guarantee is designed to protect honest customers who try the service and are not satisfied — not to be exploited after a working subscription is delivered.
Frankly, the nature of your claim and your attitude raise red flags and appear to us as an attempt to scam the system. We’ve done our part, and this case is now closed.

I'm considering trying iBoostv but…
They say my review is unfair but I tried to sign up again today and I had an expert it advisor with me. Following the prompts, we could not complete the requests. I received an email stating that my subscription was underway and I would hear back in 8 hours or less. The interesting thing is I have yet to enter or be asked for a credit card. We sent a message by whatsapp and by email but have yet to hear. and they say my comments are unfair.

Your review is misleading and unfair. You never purchased a subscription, yet we still took the time to answer all your questions via email. Despite this, you chose to leave negative feedback based on your own unwillingness to use the support options we provided.
We clearly stated that our customer support is handled through WhatsApp and Telegram because they allow us to assist customers quickly and efficiently. It takes less than two minutes to download WhatsApp, but instead of doing that, you claimed we “don’t want to talk” when, in reality, you refused to reach out the way we asked.
Our priority is to provide fast and effective support, and we can’t do that through traditional phone calls. If you were truly interested in our service, you could have easily contacted us the right way.
