Exelent service and very fest, I have 2lines and recomended these service to few friends of mine one with 2lines and two more with one line and everyone is very happy, I use Telegram and all ways
have very fest response, you can use Whatsapp, never hadti use email to get help, Whatsapp or Telegram is all ways

Had an outage for about 3 days. Although it was tedious, the tech I worked with kept at it and eventually gotme back working. I know there were frustrating moments for him but he stayed focused. I use to do tech support for a computer comany. Sometimes it just take patience and a spirit of determination to get the job done. That tech did that!

iBoostv is a excellent iptv service. Huge channel selection and cod selection. Any sporting event you could want. Excellent 4k picture. No buffering or freezing. Fast tech support if you need it and the best price around. I've been with them about 6 months and just renewed for a year. You need to check them out!!!!!

Great service and amazing communication. Few issues I have had for the past year have been addressed very quickly and efficiently.

the stream would not open earlier today and contacted their support to let them know about the issue, as l have never had any issues with them since we subscribed to the stream late last year and so the issue was from my internet provider that blocked my ip because l did not have my vpn on, my ip was blocked from opening up the stream, so going forward the vpn stays on always. Thanks to iboostv for their hard work.

Purchased service. Was not able to get the app to download. Reached out via email for assistance. Was told it didnt work that way and that I would have to download another app if I wanted customer assistance. Asked for assistance via email or a refund. No response from provider. Total waste of money and time. Customer service is less than a 1 start rating.

I purchased a week ago and have been using it daily. I have no issues. There are thousands of channels, movies and series included.
I would highly recommend.

Purchased 6 months 2 connections in May 2025, it worked about 6 weeks then nothing. I deleted and reinstalled but just gives note stating download error. Reached out to iboost via email several times but no response. Customer service is very poor, app is very poor and if you don’t use “WhatsApp” you’re on your own. Buyers beware!

This service is the best I ever had I cut cable long but long time ago and I tried multiple services, but this one Iboostv it's and it has been a ball out of the park. Their customers service outstanding, awesome they always respond quickly and very helpful, keep the great work Iboostv.

It took me little while to really get my service going. But mostly my fault. The service is Great. And when I renew very soon I going to add another line. Trust me it is a great service and they will respond to you if you are having trouble. I hooked on this service.

UPDATE: After posting this review I received a response from the company and was able to resolve the EPG problem.

There were problems with my email which were due to my trying to set up a Whatsapp account using my tablet. So some of the communications problems were probably due to this, but not all.

So though the issue was resolved, and responses were fairly quick, I have to stay with my original report since the fact is that response was initially non-existent.

I have set this to 3 stars as a compromise between the low initial experience and the much improved response after posting the original review. This update was written on 7/7/2025.

I purchased a one year subscription that was activated 3/16/25. I am currently using Tivimate to access the feed.
I have placed 8 channels in my favorites for ease of access. There is supposed to be EPG for these channels, but I'm seeing data for only 3. The rest show "No information".
I have been trying to get help from iBoostv for almost 2 weeks with no response. I have tried the web form, their email address, Telegram (which appears to have been removed as an option) and WhatsApp, multiple times on each, with no response on any of them.
This is relatively recent as I did use Telegram and email for some questions before purchasing and I did get responses.

This is the best service I have ever had. The quality is unbelievable. The staff is outstanding going out of their way to help you. Just a wonderful experience, thank you for being such a great company.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a question about giving credit to the individual that referred me before I purchased a subscription. I chose their chat option (I used WhatsApp), typed in my question, and honestly, had very low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised! I received a timely response from a friendly agent who answered all my questions and provided a month of credit to the individual that referred me. I also received my subscription/account information immediately, while we were still chatting. I wish more companies were this impressive!
