Do not order from them, they sent me a MTB to the value of £1500. Firstly they sent my bike to the wrong address, I took the day off work and waited all day and was not delivered. I eventually called Fedex who told me the address was incorrect on the delivery label. The next day i asked my housemate to wait in for it. The bike was received with a dent on the top tube, they originally repsonded by telling me Cannodale will only offer me £100. After i refused this they told me that i would have to return the bike but in its original packaging. The damage was noticed when i was applying the invisframe. I told them this and they then offered me £150 which is still a joke. Anyway I also paid an extra £50 for qaulity assurance and assembly which they have completely refused any responsibility for. You would hope that you get the service you paid for. They do not listen and have ignored my request for this to be refunded. DO NOT ORDER from here and if you do I wouldnt bither paying for the additional service of qaulity assurance and assembly as they do not carry the service out efficeintly or even at all for that matter. Disgrace. No responsibilty taken for a poor service.

We are sorry that your order did not meet your expectations, but we would like to clarify a few important points:
The bicycle was sent to the address you provided in your order, and at no point did we or the courier company FedEx alter the address details. Upon receiving the bicycle, you confirmed that it was in good condition. We were notified of the damage to the top tube at a later stage, whilst you was applying the invisframe, at which point the incident was reported to us.
We initially offered you financial compensation, in line with the brand’s standard policy in such cases, but you decided not to accept it. For our part, we agreed to accept the return of the product and proceed with a refund of the amount paid; however, in order for the return to be processed, the bicycle must be returned in the same condition as it was received, which includes not having applied any invisframe or made any modifications, and this is something you refused and were unwilling to do. Like any online shop, we do not accept returns of items that do not meet these conditions, and in this case, the return has not been made by you. We have not denied you this option under any circumstances.
Regarding the assembly and inspection service, we confirm that the bicycle was dispatched fully assembled and inspected in accordance with our quality standards.
