Best price I could find online and free delivery. Ordered on the 19th, didn’t expect it before Christmas but arrived next day. Highly recommended.

I was wary of ordering from them, as some of the reviews were bad. However nobody had the gloves I wanted in stock, so I emailed to check. They emailed back within a couple of hours, confirming they had the gloves. I paid online and the gloves were with me within 48 hrs.

I placed an order for a set of Hope E-bike cranks in July 2023 and paid via PayPal. The item was never delivered. After I was informed that the product was out of stock and the lead time would be 8–12 weeks, I immediately cancelled my order. Despite this, I never received a refund.

I followed up several times by email – including in July 2024 and again in August 2025 – but received no response at all.

To this day, I have neither received the item nor a refund. I strongly advise against ordering from this company, as they appear to ignore both customer service and refund obligations.

Bought some saddle rails for an older axs seat post that were hard to find anywhere. The guys on the phone were helpful and they arrived quicker than expected.
Would definitely order from these again

The product purchased clearly states it includes spacers, but I instead received items that do not have spacers, only a stem and headset cones. Furthermore, the bag was already opened and torn apart. The person at customer service argued like a child instead of replacing the order, which costs only £3.99 plus delivery. Be aware if someone argues about such a small amount and regarding something that is clearly wrongly described.

I’ve only used active sport twice but have found the service levels to be excellent on both occasions.

First time was a couple of years ago when I ordered the wrong thing and returned it in a not-new condition (I asked about returning it before doing so and said I’d be very happy with only a partial refund). They were extremely accommodating and, having inspected the item, gave me a full refund!

I recently phoned them up before placing my second order as I had some questions about the products. The guy I spoke to was really nice - very helpful and patient. He even offered to phone the distributor for me when I asked about release dates for future products. The order was received quickly and the items were well priced.

I ordered Giant Glory Frame Fork Bumpers on August 28th.
I immediately received a confirmation email and the seller sent me another email the next day to say that my item had been dispatched and that it could take up to 21 working days to arrive in Germany. Today (20 working days later) I checked Royal Mail's website to see how long shipping takes:

“It depends on which service you use.
Our International Tracked & Signed and International Tracked services aim to deliver parcels and letters to Germany in 3-4 working days, while our International Economy service takes up to 15 days.”

This prompted me to request a refund of my payment from PP.
PP refunded me immediately and without any problems. It seems that Activesport.co.uk has a bad reputation not only here but also at PP. Or why did PP refund me the minute I requested the refund?

Recently ordered a replacement axle for a DT Swiss hub. Arrived within 2 days of placing the order. I was a bit wary about ordering from Activesport given the number of negative reviews but based on my experience I can recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Some mixed reviews on here but my experience of my first order has been good. Was struggling to find some wide mudguards that I liked but found them here. Bought a couple of other items for free post. Communication was good and items arrived, well packaged, the day they said after I enquired. Only scored a 4 instead of full marks as delivery took 10 days overall (inc weekend) - so slower than most and no tracking.

Ordered an an item that was in stock. Then Activesport said, that it has been send. I waited for weeks. Had to ask multiple times and days later got answers without much information. After over a month of waiting, I asked for my money back. At least good that quickly.
But still lost time and 20€ for the currency exchange.
Never again.

I would advise avoiding this company. It is also known as Mark Anthony Cycles, look up the owner and address they are owned by the same people in the same location. Both have poor review scores here and on google reviews. First time around I used them as Mark Anthony Cycles, they never sent out my item, poor communication and finally it was very long winded to get refunded. I hand to keep calling them. Then I use activesport and ordered some brake seals. They send the wrong ones, they didn't know what the right ones were, then sent some replacements which were also incorrect, at that point I gave up with them. They don't seem to know what they are selling. I had to basically educate them on the correct seals needed to which they were unable to provide anyway.

Have to admit that I was a little sceptic based on the other reviews, but my experience has been great. Good price, communication was spot on an delivery was very fast. Would use again.

Found Activesport during an online hunt for a replacement axle for an original model Hope crankset which is no longer in production. Pricing and shipping costs were fair, it was sent promptly and the part was delivered from the UK to Australia in 14 days. Thanks Activesport for providing excellent service and stocking a hard-to-find part which has allowed me to repair my Hope cranks instead of junking them.

Do not use this site beacuse it's a scam..
i can clearly spot the red flags in their socalled stock..
Their surley not certified to sell fox parts so forget this site and look elsewhere

Items on website were in stock (small hub parts). Communication was good. Item was posted quickly. I would purchase from them again.

Called their number, on website, to ask a question and could not believe how rude and unhelpful the guy was. If this is their attitude prior to buying something from them then what must it be like if you had to return a faulty product?

Another time wasting company that advertises and takes orders and payment for a product, only to tell you later they don't stock the item. And people still wonder why Amazon takes most of the business.

Website was easy to navigate and use, product arrived 2 working days (by Royal Mail) after the order and parts were correct. In fact I wasn't expecting it to come so soon as I don't think I received a dispatch note. Great service and delivers as expected
