Michael gave us sound, honest and much needed advice at what is quite an uncertain time for anyone to buy.

He helped us with planning steps so that we could get to a point that we could get a mortgage and importantly found a mortgage that is affordable for us.

Michael also gave great advice about life insurance when we really had no clue. A genuine and friendly guy who we trust and will continue to go to for advice if/ when our circumstances change. But for now we are happily in our new home- Thank you!

As a first time buyer, the process of getting a mortgage was not easy especially when the rates and offers were changing daily. I originally went directly to a bank but i felt I wasn’t getting the best advice.

After an initial meeting with Callum from IBA, he explained all the deals available, helped me understand the different types of deals, what I was eligible for and essentially the best deal for my situation.

The most valuable help was understanding the whole process and also the full term cost. The banks only showed the initial rate and didn’t provide fees and other costs. Callum was able to show me all the costs up front and allowed me to make the most informed decision.

The entire application from selecting the deal, to identifying a law firm, were all explained and carried out by Callum.

The service didn’t stop after the application, I was given advice throughout the whole process.

I now couldn’t recommend the service more and will definitely be using it when remortgaging in the future.
