Amazing experience
We travelled with the July 2023 group.
It was our first time using a tour company & travelling with a group, so we were feeling quite apprehensive but it turned out to be one of the most amazing experiences of our life with everyone on the group being nothing but amazing.
From the get go it was such a pleasant experience.
Our Hotel (Hashimi) was the best hotel, the location was amazing, the views from the terrace were one in a million, the hotel staff were great and the food was beautiful.
We were kept safe as our safety was paramount to them.
All credit to the knowledgeable Ali, Aidrus & Sheikh Saleh for your wisdom & kindness.

A highly uplifting spiritual journey
This is no ordinary experience - it is an exceptional spiritual journey that everyone should go on. I would recommend Ibadah Tours without hesitation. Quality. Value for money. Well organized. Safe.
My wife and I joined the late July 2023 tour to Al Aqsa, and then we went on to Jordan for five days. The company also created a bespoke 5 day Jordan tour for the two of us.
The pre tour seminar was very good, especially for people who had not been to Al Aqsa before. Fine detail was shared with us which was reassuring and very helpful when over there.
Ali met us at the outgoing airport and was highly organised and ‘in command’ from the start. His instructions were clear and direct. Just how we like it.
Ali supported anyone who had challenges with immigration at Tel Aviv- going above and beyond. Aidrous was always around to help whenever needed. Shaikh Saleh was at the airport to escort us to our hotel- The Hashmi. Tour transport/coaches were very good indeed.
Our hotel was without doubt the best place to stay in the old city. With a unique and breathtaking roof top view of Al Aqsa, it was 5mins walk through cobbled streets to the Al Aqsa compound.
The food at the hotel was good but our only gripe was that dinner is always served at 10pm. That is very late and gives no time to digest the heavy food that gets served (that’s why we didn’t give 5 stars!). Breakfast was excellent. Bedrooms were basic but clean and air conditioned. Rooms were made up daily. No safes in the rooms though so looking after passports and money needs thinking about.
We were taken to all the key sites in the compound and across Palestine, although some of the stops were a little too short. However we got a very good and broad understanding of the country we were in, the historical significance it holds and the current challenges it faces.
We got plenty of time to talk to local Palestinians both inside Al Aqsa and in the old city, and came away with great respect for them.
The old city is also a souk, with everything you could ask for being sold there. Prices are not cheap, but that reflects the nature of the place you are in.
You also get a vivid sight of the juxtaposition of the worlds three major Abrahamic faiths within metres of each other. No where else in the world will you see this.
On many occasions we approached the tour leaders with questions and requests. Every time we were greeted with great respect and consideration. Brilliant .
Overall we felt safe throughout the tour and very well looked after.

We want to clarify that the service for dinner is usually scheduled after Isha prayers, as serving dinner after Maghrib would provide a very short window of time for guests to perform Maghrib. Conversely, serving dinner before Maghrib would be too early for guests to have their meals and then attend Maghrib prayers. We will continue to take this into consideration to improve our service further.

Best experience of a tour group
Me and my husband travelled to Al Aqsa with Ibadah tours. We had a wonderful time and loved every minute of it. No security risks at all as long as you follow directions of the tour leaders. The hotel we stayed at had a beautiful, breath taking view of Al Aqsa mosque which is 5 minutes walk through the soukh. The food served was fresh and very well made. We had a variety of dishes during our stay.I would encourage everyone to go there.

Palestine tour absolutely amazing. Honestly the best and very personal experience. They go way above and beyond what is expected and care about each and every person. UMRAH - FANTASTIC SERVICE/EXPERIENCE
I had an amazing time through Umrah with the group from April 9 to April 21.
The service was easy, reliable and consistent throughout the week as we had many lectures and Ziarats through Medina and Makkah.
The content of the lectures were brilliant, as it helped me to understand why we were visiting certain places and had a variety of topics to discuss, including how to wear an Ihraam, especially for someone who was completing their first Umrah.
Without the help of Walid, two assistants and the Shaykh himself, this would have been much more difficult.
The journey itself was inspiring and surreal. I felt the real Islam through this trip.
If you want an Umrah service which is easy from booking to completion then Ibadah Tours are a must. Simple as that.
