Package Content
I went for the 5 day Al Aqsa trip in May 2025 which requires you to book your own flight with WizzAir (Luton to Tel Aviv), but their package includes: hotel, all transportation once you are in Palestine, breakfast and dinner and ziyarat/tours with Sheikh Saleh Malhi and full end-to-end support of Sheikh Mak Ali
I went with Ibadah tours based on their experience for 100+ trips over 10+ years with less than a handful ever rejected
Good thing with them is that, if you are rejected due to immigration, mainly at tel aviv, they fully refund you (check their TnCs)
Pricing and Availability
£499 is the quad share price, with a buy 1 get 1 free offer on top (i.e. 4 people could go for £250 each, plus flights!)
Despite the very competitive price and buy 1 get 1 free offer, there usually spaces 2-3 months ahead (doesn’t need to be be booked that far ahead)
I went by myself, so no-one to pair up the buy 1 get 1 free to maximise on the value but this was fine and understood

I found emails a little slow and possibly formal, however whatsapp and facebook/tiktok messages were responded to promptly and professionally

Confirmed I am all sorted (3 months ahead of flight) and I sat and waited
Post-Booking Customer Service
Couple of weeks before we flew out, a quick webinar to make sure we had a few things in order: our packing list, spiritual preparation as well as some health and safety topics and time for some Q&A
We were encouraged to download an eSim – Musafir which worked out really good on androids and iphones
We agreed to meet up and stay together as a group – starting from Luton airport (before check-in) all the way through until the day we came back to the UK.
Service Delivery
Right from day 1, I could see they were very organised, confident, able in dealing with the challenges that can come for us as Muslims but also in travelling to Al Aqsa.
The UK-led Sheikh Mak Ali may have a certain accent/dialect but this made it more relatable and down to earth, as he was very knowledgeable, well spoken in manners of deen
All members of the group managed to meetup at Luton Airport, all of us cleared Tel Aviv immigration with the support of Sheikh Mak Ali and all of us safely made it to Al Aqsa on our first salah (i.e. not rejected at the gates).
Sheikh Saleh and Sheikh Ali clearly know each other very well, have great bond which you will get to benefit from throughout this tour – whether the humour, adventures or knowledge
Let me be certain, you will face challenges throughout the trip, at no fault of Ibadah Tours, but they will support and give guidance and in most cases overcome them
Your safety is well taken care of, and I urge you to follow their advice and don’t be afraid to ask questions
I highly encourage all UK passport holders to go, it could not be any easier given the circumstances and controls applied to the destination
Even as a solo traveller (albeit married with kids), you form new bonds with similarly minded and motivated muslims and will cherish this visit
Wait until you set foot within Al Aqsa and take on its majestic views and be able to many prayers there and even to simply spend time there and forge unforgettable memories – thank you!

Ibaadah Tours gave us the most memorable trip imaginable. I contacted them last minute only a week before the travel date and wasn’t sure if our plans would materialise. The brother in the office provided so much support and took care of everything.
We met with Brother Ali at the airport and from then on he took care of everything. He made sure everyone was safe at all times and all needs met. Brother Ali is an exceptional guide and travel companion. I was truly inspired by Brother Alis passion for the cause and his love for Aqsa.
We are a family of 5 so we had booked 2 rooms. To our delight we were given the most perfect family rooms.
The hashimi hotel is the perfect place to stay, such a pleasant atmosphere as it retains its historical charm. The food was also epic.
We visited all the sights accompanied by the great Shaikh Saleh who is not only very knowledgeable but has a great sense of humour. Both brother Ali and sheikh saleh make the prefect duo to travel with. They gave us the most amazing experiences of our life.
To cut this review short I highly recommend Ibaadah Tours for anyone wishing to visit Al-Aqsa.

Our first time to masjid al aqsa as a family with 4 children. Alhumdulillah we had the best experience. Brother Ali explains the process in great detail and makes you feel at ease. He is 100% dedicated to the cause and takes it as a duty to make this journey smooth and enjoyable. We stayed at Hashimi hotel which I also can't recommend enough. Whilst around the tour Brother Ali and Sheikh Saleh would give captivating stories of the prophets which both adults and children found engaging. Punctual with timings and tries his best to fit in as much as he can show you on the tour days. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable and spiritually uplifting Eid journey – highly recommend Ibadah Tours!
Alhamdulillah, our Eid trip with Ibadah Tours was exceptional from start to finish. The entire experience was smooth, well-organised, and filled with kindness, care, and heartfelt touches. Brother Ali was an incredible tour leader—always going above and beyond with his generosity and thoughtful surprises. Shaykh Saleh’s deep knowledge brought each location to life, adding so much meaning to our journey.
We stayed at the Hashimi Hotel, which was the perfect place to experience warm Palestinian hospitality. Our room was spacious and lovely, the food was delicious with generous portions, and the view from the hotel rooftop was absolutely breathtaking—you can see the Dome of the Rock and the Old City in all its beauty. I was also genuinely touched when Abu Khalid, a staff member, recognised me from a previous visit. A truly beautiful soul.
We travelled with our two young boys (ages 3 and 8) with a stroller, and although the stairs near the Buraq Wall during the Old City tour were a bit challenging with little ones, it was well worth the effort. The bus tour was comfortable, informative, and ended with a lovely surprise that brought smiles to everyone’s faces.
Alhamdulillah, we had no issues accessing Masjid Al-Aqsa, and everything felt peaceful and secure throughout.
Having travelled with another group in the past, I can confidently say Ibadah Tours is in a class of its own. We’re already planning our next trip with them, insha’Allah. If you’re thinking of going—don’t hesitate. May Allah reward the entire team for making this journey so special. Ameen.

Great service
Right from the start brother Aida was a gem spending time finding the ideal flight that will fit my schedule. Visa, transfers were all taken care by him and it all went smooth.
As I work for a hotel chain, I was lucky to get that through work, but he made sure it fitted all well.

Go for Ibadah tours
Go for Ibadah tours, they will 100% help you with anything you need regarding Umrah and Hajj, they are very knowledgeable and will make sure you are left feeling at ease.
I want to say thank you to brother Aidarus, he welcomed me, it was almost closing time and he invited me in, reassuring me that he will sort out my issue.
I had applied for two visa online myself and both got immediately rejected, after emailing and calling the embassy for a solution I was met with no help, brother Aidarus told me that this would be the case. I was flying the following week so I was in a bit of a panic.
Brother Aidarus went through the process with me, he uploaded all the information for me and it didn’t take too long to complete. Once uploaded he told me that his team will process the information and apply for the visa, he reassured me that it would not get rejected for a third time using his process, Alhamdulillah - two days later I called to check and it had been approved. The Best 10 Day Seerah Package
I recently went on the Seerah 10 day umrah package with Ibadah Tours, spending 5 nights in Makkah and 5 in Madinah, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire journey was so well organised and thoughtfully planned, covering all the key areas for Ziyarah. A special mention to Ustadh Asim Khan, who did an amazing job narrating and providing insightful lectures throughout the Ziyarah. His guidance truly enhanced our experience.
During the trip, I unfortunately lost my suitcase, but Brother Ali was a real lifesaver. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, assisting me with filling out forms, talking with the staff, and consistently following up to check for updates on my luggage. His support was invaluable, and he made the whole situation much easier to manage.
The hotels were perfect. Really beautiful, comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was lovely. Every day, we looked forward to what was planned, and everything flowed so smoothly. Brother Ali always kept the mood light and entertained us with his humor.
Sister Rizwana and Brother Aida were fantastic group leaders, guiding us through the trip with such care and enthusiasm. Brother Aida, in particular, went above and beyond, especially when it came to supporting my husband during his first Umrah. He stuck close to him, offering assistance whenever he needed it and making sure he felt comfortable.
Aida also helped us find trusted services like laundromats and markets, making it easier for us to settle in. The entire team made this trip an unforgettable and joyful experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Ibadah Tours to anyone looking for an organized, thoughtful, and well planned umrah experience. From start to finish, it was a truly memorable journey, and I am so grateful for the amazing team that made it all possible! I am looking forward to joining them again on another package.

First ever ummrah
Salam all,
The brothers were very professional in providing advise and guidance on ummrah packages. I was previously nervous to go as I suffer from a disability affecting my mobility but the brothers reassured me of the facilities available especially when going to perform my ummrah.
Mashallah this was my very first time going for ummrah and I had great support from the brothers.
From the get go my visa/flights/hotels/ internal traveling once arriving in Saudi up to guidance on performing my ummrah was all provided as well as historical site visits included in the package.
From my experience I highly recommend ibadah tours for anyone wanting to go for ummrah as this was an easy experience for anyone who doesnt travel often.

Amazing service, made everything smooth
Too be honest , these guys are amazing! Really here to help from before you even go to on the trip and even after. They provide an excellent service for large families, those with disabilities and noobs who are on their first trip going to umrah. The group is diverse so you never feel culturally alienated, also the staff are always liasing with you to make sure everything is all good. Plus they have the best guides literally celeb sheiks, that are down to earth.
All transitions were smooth, no long ting hotel check in's or waiting around. Time keeping is prompt and tours first class, or ride along and do your own thing they are flexible.
Hotels provided were 5 star, with buffet breakfast, check out ISLAM DISCOVERY YouTube channel for full videos.
May this tour group continue to be blessed with goodness and humble tour guides whilst providing their unique exceptional experience for all wanting to go on umrah.

I was provided with umrah visa within the time frame promised. Alhamdollilah performed Umrah and came back. My visitor visa applications were being rejected and I was concerned. Will highly recommend them.

Alhumdollilah. This is my second umrah this year with Ibadah. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I went on a group and tailor made pilgrimage. Both times went smoothly. In the group I had my elderly mother with me, all the group leaders assisted with whatever I required. In the tailor made trip, Ibadah were just a whatsapp away for any support. Inshallah, if Allah allows me to go again, I will certainly be using Ibadah. May Allah bless thier business and reward them for all their hard work. Aameen.
