After checking with the team, our records show that your login attempt was outside the required registration window of 8:30 am–9:15 am, as clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions. Unfortunately, we’re unable to admit anyone past this time, which is why the course could not go ahead.
If you have screenshots or evidence showing you attempted to log in between 8:30 am and 9:15 am, please share these with us and we will happily review your case in line with our terms.

Did not know what to expect at the…
Did not know what to expect at the beginning of day one but it has been extremely informative, educational and all the fellow participants were a truly great group of people. The facilitator Pete was very professional , knowledgeable and took us all step by step each session. The only negative I can say is that the " new" videos he showed were not very good IMHO however it was a new format so I would suggest IAMSmart do not include them going forward. For anyone who is taking the course in future then you will get out of it what you put in. Then take all you have
learned and move forward with your life in a positive frame of mind. Loads of help and support out there You can do it

Mature driver's assessment. Highly recommended!
I did this with 'Adam' recently in North Leeds. I was a little nervous as wanted to achieve the best rating. He soon put me at my ease and as we drove I did a commentary on hazards I saw and what I was thinking and anticipating. Got EXCELLENT on all categories, which was great. I'd recommend this to ANY age group. I'm 72 and will do it again in maybe 5 years or whenever I feel I may need it beforehand. Well worth the money!
The only disappointing thing is that these assessments are NOT recognised by Insurance companies. The response I got from Churchill was that IAMRS was a charity not an official organisation and the assessment was 'just someone's opinion'

The biggest fear most people have walking into a DDRS course is being "lectured" or judged. Liz creates a completely non-judgmental atmosphere. She is empathetic and approachable, which helps lower the high levels of anxiety i felt on Day 1
it was much more pleasant experience than i first thought
