Ordered wipes, got no changes on the order for almost 12 days now. Moreover, nobody is responding to my emails either.

All in all, it seems like the company doesn't exist anymore, because I see some very strange text as the shipping method on the order confirmation:
"Shipping method
Liquidation Event"

Not quite sure yet if I accidentally stepped into some shady business here...
Just hoping somebody would cancel it and give me my money back...

Edit: just received the refund on the order. Thanks to the guys for reacting that quickly.

P.S. gonna leave this here to prevent others from ordering something from the website (which is still fully functional and accepting orders for some reason).

Good products nice website very nice experience.

Hyperlychee has both a golden team and a successful product.

The team really cares about the customers and will personally reach out to follow up on issues customers might be facing. They also try their best to stand behind their products, actively seeking feedback on user experience, addressing all issues reported with warranty services, and also using feedback for future improvements. Their top notch communication in addition to putting customer's best interest as part of their business model make them really stand out in not only fundraising campaigns, but also online merchants - and really, a conscientious seller/manufacturer in general.

Their product, skadu, cleans bbq grills, pans, stoves, ovens, etc. really well with much less effort than by hand. The power, effectiveness, batterylife, versatility, and just the overall quality of skadu by far beat other similar products that have been on the market for years. One suggestion I'd make would be to design yet another add-on, specifically for dishes/bowls/brewing pots that have curved walls instead of flat surfaces. If such an attachment exists, I think I'd be able to use skadu even more when I do dishes haha.

I backed the team on Kickstarter and have been engaged in the Skadu community via Discord. I’ve found the company to be engaging, honest, open to feedback and active listeners - always looking for feedback and asking customers how things can can be improved upon. I believe in the Skadu and am really glad I did because the quality of the product is really superior (especially the battery power).

The Skadu is totally worth it. I live alone and in Japan, and so I have to hand clean all my dishes as dishwashers are not very prevalent here and my home does. It have one. The Skadu makes it easier to clean more efficiently and effectively. Highly recommended!

As for the company, I send them an email to ask a question about purchasing something from their site, but only Affirm payments was showing up. Their CEO emailed me personally to explain how to get credit cards to work. Excellent service!

Great tool! Something that would take me a while to scrub takes less than a minute with Skadu! I’ve cleaned my bathtub in record time and scrubbed a burnt pot so easily without even soaking it. It’s also very easy to use. I highly recommend it!

I don't know what performs better the company or their Skadu. When I first saw the Kickstarter I knew I was funding it. The Skadu is the cleaning tool I've been wanting for years and it performs better than I thought it would. At first I thought the speed was too slow, but it has quickly cut through almost everything I've thrown at it. I say almost, because I helped a friend with a tough cleaning job last week that put it through it's paces, I'm talking Hoarders level dishes, and the only problem was with their bottle brush attachment getting little bits stuck in the bottom corners of jars I couldn't fit anything else into.
Now here's the part where the company shines. Because I'm an early adopter I've been on their Discord, and they have requested and gotten feedback on the bottle brush and other attachments for months and have already started designing a new one.
Seriously, these are real reviews. We praise the company in chat all the time. They made an awesome product and their customer service and engagement should be the standard.

Skadu is one of the best cleaning products I own. It put an end to scrubbing anything. With different attachments, there is no project that requires scrubbing. Kitchen sink, bath tub, shower wall, oven, grill, rims on my car, deck furniture ... the list goes on and on.

I'm all about "don't make a mess so you won't have to clean afterwards"... but some stuffs do need deep cleaning from time to time and I always procrastinate to do them. But not anymore!

My skadu has been amazing to tackle the soap grime in the bathtub and I was able to easily remove all the limescale from the glass shower screen!

Be careful, do not underestimate the power of the skadu! I started with the green pads for the glass screen and scratched it a little. I switched to the red pads and all the limescale was gone without sweating or damaging the glass. You have to be patient when the surface is very dirty and let the skadu works its magic. Don't press too hard and let it do the work :)

I've also used it to clean my oven and my kitchen sink, it's brilliant and effortless. And without having to recharge the battery once so far.

I don't think I will be using it on a daily basis, but for sure, this is my new tool of choice for all my deep cleaning tasks.

My only regret, not buying the flat and corner brush to have a complete set!

The HyperLychee team is made of such passionate and helpful people, I can't thank them enough. Even through tough times (the pandemy created a lot of shortages, delays and price increases), the team stayed full transparent, kept communicating frequently and always tried to find the best solutions for everyone.

I jumped on the Kickstarter bandwagon for this one.

Despite being hit by covid delays, supply chain issues and astronomical shipping increases, the Hyperlychee team kept up communications and delivered.

When I say delivered, this product just works. It cleans absolutely everything and whilst we have a dishwasher, this really helps with those things you just can't put in there.

But the best bit is the bottle/long cup brush. Having big hands means this works soooo well and gets everything clean.

The team welcome suggestions too for new add-ons etc.

I am no fan of cleaning, but I love tech and gadgets, and purchasing the Skadu has actually made the chore of cleaning so much easier.

The novelty of the little scrubber brushes spinning around under battery power has not lost its shine yet, but have left my countertops cleaner than ever. It has taken a lot of the effort out of scrubbing caked in dirt, on dishes, pans, and in the oven.

One of the best items I ever backed on kickstarter. Thank you team Skadu!

I bought Skadu in an attempt to stop myself from throwing heavy grills, pans, pots and knives at my husbands face. Being a mother of 3 I am always cooking up a storm for the family and that just leaves the kitchen in a disastrous condition. My husbands says I should try to make less of a mess but what does he know - he can barely tost a bread to save his life.

Skadu has actually been a really good purchase, I got this for about 99 and it's really strong, I especially love the bottle brush to clean my youngest ones milk bottles. I wish the bottle brush was longer so I could stick it in my husbands ears and clean his brains out but one can only be wishful.

On a serious note, I would recommend this product to be purchased with all the acessories, they are all quite a lot of fun to use.

I have purchased many products that promise to make cleaning easier, faster but have been disappointed. Skadu has been the exception. It performs as promised and makes tough jobs a snap. I'm really glad I bought this product.

This changed the way I think about cleaning. Cleaning gets over so quickly yet effectively. Great quality.

This gadget is very handy & multi-functional. The corner brush is my favorite. Battery life is good. I would recommend to all.
