Let me share my experience with SMUF. I recently ordered a 25 meter twin flat copper cable. But what I received was an aluminum cable. The wire inside the cable looked just like a normal copper wire. But when I scratched the wire, it turned white. This is copper color coated aluminum wire. This is a clear case of cheating and doing fraudulent business. I tried a number of times to contact them though WhatsApp and email, but there was no response.
For those who plan to buy items from SMUF I would like to say that if you received the correct product you ordered, you are really the luckiest person. But if you received a wrong, damaged or not working item, just throw it in the dustbin. Don't waste your time raising complains, as there is no phone number to contact. WhatsApp and email is literally dead. They simply forget you after they have pocketed the money. Beware of this SMUF, never even try it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Smuf products and services. The products were unusable, and the company refused to accept returns. I strongly advise others to avoid this service. I truly regret my purchase.

These repeated complaints raise serious concerns about the vendor’s credibility and reliability. Customers are strongly advised to report grievances to the appropriate Grievance Cell
(I am writing to formally complain that I ordered Rocklight RL M37, but instead received Rocklight RL M19, which is completely incorrect and unacceptable. This is a clear case of wrong product delivery.)

received in a pathetic condition the torch was not working and the torch was in used condition. i would suggest not to buy from this webside as its a second hand website

They are frauds, they will send you some cheap copy or used products, and when you ask them to replace/exchange they will block you from WhatsApp. it is a shady company do not buy from them

Most sucking packaging, the cells recived with just bubble wrapped, i ordered 8 cells, each cell didnt had a single safety measures, the holders i ordered are mixed in the bubble wrapp

It's a scam website. They put up things at a discounted rate and will send you a cheap useless copy. They work on exploiting a psychology where you don't want to file a complaint due to "low price", also how any police will take it up for few hundred rupees scammed. There location is a random map, and contact is WA only. They won't respond to support mails either. It's a total scam, avoid it. The positive reviews here are mostly paid reviews, which is very common this days!

The originality and genuineness of the product is doubtful. Appears a duplicate product.
The packaging was inappropriate.
