Amazing experience
I found Hydronics Depot googling for solenoid for my Philips coffee machine.
The site was very easy to navigate and I quickly found the right part for excellent price. Ordering was a breeze but I decided to call and check delivery time. It was after hours so I left the message.
On my surprise, phone ringed first thing in the morning and Anthony introduced himself and asked me how he can help?
I mentioned that I already placed the order. He asked about my location and since he was going to the area, he offered to deliver it same day. For me, that’s an old school move that in today’s day and age you don’t experience any more. That costumer appreciation. During the morning he was updating me and eventually dropped it in my mail box.
Amazing, amazing, amazing.

Some water came out of the pump when I…
Some water came out of the pump when I removed the little cap at the bottom? Also shipping was extremely slow (2 weeks). They didn't' ship it until well a week after 1 ordered it (they provided the shipping number a week earlier). The pump itself was ok but maybe it was a used one?
