Fast Shipping, but Disappointed by Lack of Flexibility
I ordered a ULKA EX5 pump and mistakenly chose the wrong voltage. I only realized the error a few days after the 30-day return window closed. The pump was unused and in perfect condition, but unfortunately, no exception could be made to the policy.
I was advised to resell it on eBay, which I’ve tried, but it still hasn’t sold. While the order was processed and delivered quickly, I had hoped for a more accommodating solution given the small delay and the condition of the item.
The product itself is fine, but I’m left disappointed and out of pocket. I would encourage others to double-check specifications before ordering, as there is little room for flexibility once the return deadline passes.

I ordered through the overseas web…
I ordered through the overseas web portal and organized freight etc through that. However there was an issue with the freight companies at there end at the time and they were kind enough to call me to discuss the issue. In doing so we changed the freight to an available option.
Excellent service.
The new option however was slower so still waiting on the items to arrive not that I expect there to be any issues based on my initial experiences.
We will be using them again.

A quick update to this. the pumps have now arrived and the supplier has packaged them very well.
And I agree with what the supplier has said about freight.
Regardless thankyou for Hydronics for there excellent service.

Thank you AJ and freight companies are a constant challenge for us as we try to deal with the limited options available to us in today’s world with extremely high costs and understand the lowest fee options are always not the best choice but need to be mindful with the bottom line impacts to our business and customer base internationally.
