The course was insightful, fun and impactful .i truely enjoyed every bit of the course .
No two days were the same , everyday has its own experience , amazing tutors that were patient and willing to answer every questions asked no matter how irrelevant it might seem.

Great trainer. Good venue. Material covered that was needed for the qualification. Was good to refresh the theory as I was a bit rusty! Knowledgeable tutor. Smaller groups meant we had some good discussions and sharing of life experiences. Thanks Hurak!

The e-learning before the practical session was great. The instructor in the face-to-face class was clear, friendly and professional.

We are a small training provider , we were suggested to take leads from Hurak to improve students through the door. From day one we have had issues, students booked on courses we knew nothing about, dead links on the website portal, incoherent conversion with the support team who struggle with the concept of helping. Invoices being sent for work that hasn't been delivered, then trying to get a solution taking half a day to achieve or zero support. An appalling company, absolutely dire at getting things right. Very quick to slap an invoice in but not a clue in helping a small business. We have quit using this organisation in utter frustration!

Truly a great experience. Mustafa was very clear, concise and considerate to other peoples learning abiities. It was worth every penny that i did'nt have..lol.
i would reccommend going here if you are looking to renew or get a DS license.

Everything is perfect the teachers the classroom

So I booked & paid for a 1 week DS course with Hurak 6 weeks in advance, took time off work (unpaid) for it and turned up, waited 45minutes, nobody arrived, no phone call, the centre had no clue a course was on. Eventually managed to get through to someone, they said it must have been cancelled.

Wasted hours of my time, money travelling, and lost several hundred pounds in wages.

Asked for a refund as that was the only course I was able to do.

It's been a month now. Still no refund, no reply to my last email.

Might have to waste more time raising a credit card dispute to try and get my money back (£210)

So unhappy. This is all really bad.
