HuntOffice.ie Anmeldelser

I ordered today and received what I supposed to receive when indicated. One item was delayed and I was kept up to date all the way.

The customer support lady Teresa, was nothing short of exceptional! She was incredibly helpful, personable, and made me feel like there was nothing that she couldn't help me with! I could not recommend Hunt Office enough!
Kind regards,
Paul.

Teresa dealt with my enquiry very Professionaly

Katarzyna is a great customer service representative - very prompt in responding to my queries, very helpful in finding the products of interest. I highly appreciate all the hard work she does on behalf of Hunt Office - Kasia is a real asset to this company:)

Paudie was very helpful when I purchased a whiteboard and the arrival time was postponed, he arranged another whiteboard and made sure it got to me on time. Thanks again Paudie! Fantastic customer service. :)

Maria, was incredibly helpful in assisting me with selecting the correct printer for my office. She provided several options via email that fit perfectly within my budget.

I highly recommend Hunt Office, as their customer service is excellent.

Customer Service was great. Delivery was short and contacted them directly. Replacement item was sent out straight away. Hannah was the agent I was dealing with.

Great company to deal with, and very competitive as well

Fantastic Service - Very reliable

Excellent service and very quick delivery, would definitely order from them again

I placed my order and within 36 hours it was delivered. Website was easy to use

Great website, easy access to info and product range/selection

The service is great and quick delivery. Also the range of products that they stock. If any product not available they will always come up with a solution or equivalent/better product

Tried to order an item and put in my disposable card number. Rejected by huntoffice.ie. Double-checked the numbers and they are correct. It's a disposable card number: strange they don't like it!!!!!!!!!!

Update 19/01/2025: Got phone call from Huntoffice explaining they use Stripe for their payments and don't know why the card was rejected, apologising for the inconvenience and offering to take payment now over the phone; also to investigate the problem and rectify it for the future. As a result, I am updating my review to 3*.

I had a great dealing with one of the members called Teresa, she was very easy to deal with, very understanding and very professional. Went out of her way to ensure my query was dealt with as fast as possible. Would deal with her 100% going forward.

Helpful and prompt service via online.

Product order placed.

From the first contact I had with Hunt Office, ie my initial enquiry as to their supplying specific chairs for my need, I was impressed by the helpful advice I was given. the order was delivered exactly on time and the delivery was smooth because the delivery man went out of his way to place the chairs inside the room where they were needed.
My contact afterwards led to me being supplied with an instrument for adjusting the chairs, if that be needed.
Many thanks to all concerned

Such a lovely experience! Got the notepads carefully delivered, well packaged and they even gave me a free calendar and post notes as a gift:) really appreciate that will be ordering more in future .

Laura is so quick to reply and so helpful when you have any queries. I made an error on ordering something a few months back and she contacted me immediately with the solution to fix it.

Hunt Office are top of the pops and always have my items in stock. I would shop nowhere else.

Thank you Hunt Office.
Kind Regards,
