The product arrived damaged, got it replaced, and it arrived damaged again.

I have been trying for the past 5 days…
I have been trying for the past 5 days to contact Viking to arrange a return. I have received no reply to emails, they dont answer the phone and do not respond to online chat. My login is also disabled and their server will not allow me to update the password.
In short, customer service is non existent for me, I have no idea how I will return my product for a refund.

The delivered items were badly damaged…
The delivered items were badly damaged and unsuitable for use. This was was the result of carelessness. Sadly the customer care seems to suffer from the same problem.

I had an issue with my order
I had an issue with my order. I rang when the issue happened. I have a voice message on my phone confirming it. A few weeks later the issue is still not resolved. I sent and email and another message on the customer service portal and I get no reply.

The order was split, main parcel undelivered.
The order was split, main parcel not delivered. The email bar won't recognize the invoice number. Still waiting, for a month and a half. The event I ordered for, long gone. Whole electronic system is faulty.
Unreliable.

Poor customer service
