Credit denied. They are pretty hopeless. I understand the risk they are taking to lend a small loan but they need a better process. My partner and I are both good income earners with significant savings. I’ve been hassled to provide an income tax return which has not yet been lodged and I can’t use the last years return because it’s too far away. Further more I’m requested to provide documents on a Sunday night from my tax accountant. Thanks but no thanks.

I have had Humm90 Mastercard for about 2 years. I regularly use the card taking advantage of the 110 day interest free period. The App is easy to utilise to constantly moniror my expenditure. It works for us.

Humm is not like other primers in that they are transparent, very communicative, always offering incentives. They are a leading light in these days of financial grab by other providers
I have used my Humm90 Mastercard in many countries since acquiring it and have never been let down by it or by the team at Humm. I really appreciate the 110-day interest free period on purchases as it allows me to better plan and spread my repayments upon return. I would encourage anyone considering taking up a new credit card to look at Humm and the benefits it offers
DONT DO IT! This company is a scam. You will be harassed by what sounds like a Filipino call centre for further evidence for them to make an assessment. There are better financing options out there, this is the worst of the worst. Regret even applying as I now have this company listed on my credit file (which stays on there for a period of 5 years), only to be told I wasn’t approved with no explanation, even though my credit status is ‘excellent’ (you can’t get any better) and no missed or late payments for the last 12 months. The lady who I spoke with was also extremely rude on the phone, I will be lodging a formal complaint in this regard.
I wish I could give this company a negative star. Their conduct amounts to misleading, fraudulent, and illegal consumer credit practices.
In 2024, I was between jobs and responsibly notified them that my payment might be slightly delayed due to a change in employer and pay frequency. I was advised to enter financial hardship, which didn’t feel right—but I trusted the customer service representative (CSR). Unfortunately, as it turns out, not one CSR I’ve dealt with in the last 14 months seems to know anything accurate.
I received written confirmation that my account would simply be paused for three months and then resume as normal. Spending would be restricted during that period, which was fine.
It has now been 14 months, and my account is still locked. Despite multiple conversations and receiving conflicting information, no one has resolved this. Today, I was told I must apply again to regain access—something I was never informed of.
When I questioned whether this was necessary, I was told it was required to “end the agreement,” even though I believed it would have ended in December 2024. They processed a new application, which was declined—due to the very hardship arrangement they themselves created.
Upon checking my credit report, I discovered that my timely payments haven’t been reported for over a year, and I am apparently still listed under an arrangement I never needed. Their policy seems to be that you must reapply for credit you already have to regain access to your account.
This is unacceptable, and I will be taking this matter further.
Whatever you do—stay away from this company.

One of the worst card stay away from this piece of s…! The statement closing date does not mean anything if you make any transactions on or 3 days after the statement closing date it’s still comes under the current statement and try calling the customer service team they have NO clue and cannot answer this simple question the another thing is that they may give you up to 110 days interest free period but one needs to be on top of this as this debt accumulates over the 3 months period you pay one-statement closing balance off but you have built another 3 behind you can never be able to get on top of it PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM APPLYING FOR THIS CARD ALL THIS CARD DOES IS DEBT BURDEN AND NOT TO MENTION THE FEES THEY CHARGE I DONT GET IT WHY ACCC IS NOT BANNING THIS PICE OF GARAGE
The Humm card has helped my family travel to Europe without the need to worry about funding. Their interest free partnership with Flight Centre has been a great idea
These people are scammers and they lie. Avoid this pathetic company, they are simply another bunch of financial scammers who call from overseas and don’t give the correct information.

The staff are hard to deal with and their policies feel like they are set up to make closing accounts difficult for the customer and potentially even an attempt at further money grabbing.
Being given a settlement amount and then their systems are down so customers forced to pay via bpay which takes 3-5 days, after which they charge further fees - thus holding up the closure and getting more money from the customer.
I will not deal with this company again as this is the second time we have experienced this situation.
They are not trustworthy and have no integrity.

If you really need to use a “buy now, pay later service” seriously avoid these guys. Never been more frustrated with a company in my entire life. Have been trying to close my account for close to a month now as I’ve paid back what I owe, but somehow there’s always a few dollars here and there that I supposedly still owe. Their website is also terrible. Can only make payments via direct deposit (credit card only if you call them). Half the time the website doesn’t even work for you to make the payments. Garbage company. Stay tf away from these scumbags!

I recently contacted Humm90 customer support to request a change to my payment due date (10-day adjustment), only to be refused in the first instance and was told this was not possible as it was "linked to the original date my account was created". In this day and age of competitive credit providers, this archaic, unhelpful response is exactly why I would never recommend this provider. Stay away.

Don’t waste your time. I make over $200k a year for 2 years straight, have over $250k in equity, have 0 debt and have an incredible credit score. And this company advised me I was only allowed to borrow $3k. Don’t bother with these people they will just give you a low ball offer and give you ZERO reasoning behind it.
I recently had an experience of identity theft that involved someone pretending to be me by using my email address and mobile number to apply for credit. I was able to spot this quickly and notified two major institutions who where able to immediately react to my response and assist. However when I tried to email Humm90 after they not only hit my credit file resulting in a dramatic lowering of my score they basically called me a liar and stated that the email and mobile phone where the same so I was liable for any money and they would not adjust the credit reporting. They suggested I go to AFCA if I didn't like this.
I have done some research and Humm advertisements state they don't leave a mark on credit files as they do a credit check but that's all. That is not correct as not only have they done this without my consent and refuse to be reasonable about removing it. They are making misleading and false statements which requires ASIC to undertake and investigation into this behaviour
