Hugh James were appointed by NatWest Bank to deal with my late Mother's estate in 2025. My contact was Jessica Forrester and she was extremely helpful and polite, while dealing with various issues relating to the estate.

Hugh James helped us secure a fair compensation offer for medical malpractice. Our solicitor Ramune was persistent and did not settle quickly for early low offers. They kept us informed of the risks and timeframes, and their willingness to go to trial forced the Harley Street Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon's insurer to eventually make an acceptable offer. These things take time (3 years) because the insurers know that people will accept less, the longer they drag things out.
