My husband bought his dream car and needed it shipped from New Jersey to Ky and the person that he bought the car from got online and found this company. My husband contacted them and that’s when the nightmare happened.
•CHEAP QUOTED PRICE!
•PROMISED PICKUP AND DELIVERY!
•ONE WEEK LATER AND THE CAR WAS NOT PICKED UP!!!
He finally got with a reputable transporter and they delivered as they said.
And as soon as they noticed his review, they called and tried to get him to remove it and then they would process his refund!!!!

This company is a ripoff!!!!!!! They will promise you that they will take care of getting your vehicle picked up, but every time I would call, they would have an excuse for why they couldn’t…… one week later I finally gave up and they would not refund my deposit!!! Oh, they promised that they would!!!!

Moved my car from WV to TX, Daniel did a great job with setting it up and the driver was super communicative even with some difficulties along the way.

Had a small problem but it was resolved by Adam and i am very happy will use them in future

Scam company

They quoted me $495 for shipping my car and then on the day of pick up ask me for $1000 more over the phone. Now they are not responding to my text messages or not picking up my call. I have been asking for a refund and they are not responding back. Can someone help me sue them?

Never picked up my car and wants more money for someone else to pick up my car.. I gave them to the end of today May 29/2026 then I will report them if my money is not refunded.. This is the honest Truth! There was no misunderstanding.. Never got my car!!!

Do NOT use this company!! I was quoted $2,750 to transport my vehicle from TX to Hilo, Hawaii. I paid $1,950 of that directly to Huck Logistics or their designees via Zelle and paid $800 via Zelle directly to the company / individual that transported my vehicle from TX to Long Beach, CA (port). Huck Logistics then requested my credit card information (I was curious why) and they said it was in case of storage fees once my vehicle reached Hilo. So, I provided the cc info and within a day or so it was charged $2,350 by the company transporting my vehicle to Hilo (Matson Navigation). I reached out to them directly inquiring what the charges were for - and they said for the transport. So, now I am thinking - what did I pay Huck $1,950 for?? I have reached out to the various phone numbers and emails that I had for them, and have received absolutely no responses back. I was told by "Jack" that they had their own drivers and promised pictures along the way, but I have received none. If it weren't for the third party companies involved, who thankfully kept me apprised of my vehicles whereabouts and provided me a copy of the shipping receipt from Matson, I would otherwise have been totally left in the dark. When one company asked Huck Logistics who the owner of the vehicle was - they said "Why do you need to know that?". They also told me that my vehicle would reach Hawaii by mid-May, but per Matson, it won't be arriving until mid-June. So, I am having to rely on Uber and Turo (extra $$$ out of pocket) to get around until my vehicle arrives.

This was my first time shipping a car so wasn't sure what I was getting into. The person who responded to my inquiry (Harris) was very professional and very responsive (always responded in text or phone call within minutes) to all my questions and concerns. When going into this experience, there are a few things to know with regard to how payments are made and when drivers are assigned. It does seem a little sketchy at first but it isn't. Huck Logistics is listed by the department of transportation and has good reviews from them. Do your research on this. Once our driver was assigned, he showed up on time, was professional, and dropped the car off a day earlier than planned. The cost of the transportation was more than what was quoted, but still less than what I would have paid in gas myself at todays gas prices. All-in-all, the car made it, the cost was reasonable, the driver was great, and Harris made the entire experience good. I would definitely use Huck again in the future.

I left an application on the company's website, agreed on the delivery of the car and the amount, the driver had an accident on the day of the car collection, the prepayment was not returned! You'll be out of money and out of a car!

Absolutely horrible. As soon as they got my deposit it very poor communication. Supposed to pick up my vehicle next day. Never happened. No communication on Sunday. Monday I call at 11:30am and the guy I'm dealing with isn't even in the office yet. Eventually he says he will have a subcontractor there to pick up. Around 5 pm they say the truck is too big for the trailer. I say I want to cancel. They don't want to give me my deposit back and want to charge me $200 for a cancellation fee. They breached contract. They could not fulfill. Very disappointed

I was very happy with the service I got for my Car pick up and delivery..Communication was great with Harry every step of the way. The driver communicated also and my car was delivered at my home on time. Pricing was reasonable. Transactions were secure. I would definitely recommend friends and family to Huck Logistics.

Do not trust this company under any circumstances! I believe they wrote the positive reviews themselves. They promised me they'd pick up my vehicle today between 2-3 pm, pretended everything was fine until the last minute. . .then ghosted me and made up some ridiculous story, leaving me with no pickup. They are pure scam artists. Please save yourself the trouble.

Zack was very helpful in arranging to transport 2 cars for me 1 from New York and other from Macon GA. I was very pleased with the service they provided.
