Miscommunication on fees, and extra fees needed to pay for cancellation for ridiculous reason.

SCAM... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We purchased cars at auction in Zepyherhill,Fl. We needed 3 vehicles transported to Atlanta,GA. I went online to get a service.

Andrew the representative who called me from Huck logistics told me that our vehicles will be picked up on Monday morning June 26th and that I would receive a call with the carrier information, the day before pickup Sunday June 25, 2026 I called Andrew to get the DOT # and carrier information, Andrew gave me the run around about the carrier, saying the dispatch department would call me tomorrow morning, I let him know that I would like to at least get the carrier information today, he told me he would call me back he never did.

On Monday morning, I never received a call, no one showed up to the location that morning or the entire day. I called Andrew he didn't have an answer as to why, what he told me didn't happen, he just kept telling me that dispatch will call when they have a carrier, I paid $160 deposit which I later found out from other companies that a deposit isn't usually requested and that's a red flag.
The dispatch manager was finally connected with me after I complained that it was now late afternoon that I had not received any information and that I would not be receiving the cars that day, because i still had no carrier assigned and was told by the dispatch manager that the day wasn't over yet, my schedule time was that morning, you passed that window, and he continued to give me the run around, and instead wanted to know what company’s gave me information concerning transport services and procedures and that they own 7 companies in the market. I told him I don't care were is the carrier information. Crickets!!

Andrew text me that i hung up on the manager, which I did! I haven't the time for nonsense, I need the cars delivered cancel the order. Today July 1 I received an email saying they canceled my service, because I wouldn't answer their calls and that the deposit will not be returned, for a service the never even tried to provide. Luckily I used my credit card, because I got my money back!!

Unprofessional rude and will steal your money tell you a price and then the day of pick up they give you a different price double highly will not recommend to do business with this company

I'll just leave my last text to the company rep Adam who tried to call me about my dispatch after I canceled there service, "I canceled with your company- they didn't change our date of shipping until this morning which I have on text here that June 3rd you said that would be no issue- and they blamed me for canceling last minute- they didn't honor the money I already paid toward shipping because "I" canceled last minute- they tripled the price the day of pick up which is unacceptable and never communicated anything- so I don't know what all you expect me to talk to you about that wasn't already covered but I most definetly will not use your company" that was after they yelled at me when I fired them for a price jump from 600 to 1800 dollars the day of in fact hours before shipping was due- and for the last month I have checked in with the service rep Adam Mohler to ensure that our change in dates by a couple days would be no issue- if it had been an issue we would have kept the shipping day the same but the morning pulled all this and didn't honor any part of their deal or money I already paid into deposit.

My personal experience with Hucks Logistics and Sarah Miller was fast and simple, I was skeptical because of the other reviews but I gave them a shot because they didn’t require a deposit and glad I did, I submitted my order on the morning of 6/26, a driver picked up in Chicago the next morning, and was at my house in central Alabama, mid day 6/28, and it was an enclosed trailer, every other quote I got was hundreds more, open trailer and would have taken days to pick up

I contracted Huck Logistics LLC to ship my Nissan Rogue from El Paso, TX to Olean, NY.

I was quoted $625 total and was specifically told in writing that the price was "all-inclusive" and that the price would not increase after signing. Based on those representations, I signed the contract and paid a $125 deposit.

The pickup day was on June 08, 2026. But I asked them whether I can reschedule the pickup and they said no problem, but you will be charged $50 for rescheduling. I aggreed for that and rescheduled for June 22, 2026.

On June 22, 2026 they called me and their logistics support asking $2850 for shiping. I asked them to cancel the booking, but they said cancelation fee $75 and reschedule fee $50 in total $125. So I will not get back anything.
They are really fraud, be careful to deal with them.

Nice to work with them good service and polite representatives especially bill Smith and jack Ryan who managed the shipment from Texas to Alaska I was out out of country but they kept my wife updated with every single step will definitely work with them again

I had a disastrous experience with David Parker at Huck Logistics, who used bait-and-switch tactics to inflate my quote by over $300, caused me to incur storage fees due to delays, and later delivered my vehicle miles away from my address. It was a complete nightmare.

It was good to work with them a great work by bill and also manager Ryan did great job will definitely work with them again I changed my dates but the cooperated with me with just a little fee that was their right so I think that is great good services really appreciated.

Great company

They are impersonating other companies and saying they work with them when in reality they don't. This company is a SCAM and should not even operate.

I contracted Huck Logistics LLC to transport my 2011 Porsche Panamera from Dallas, TX to Toledo, OH.

I was quoted $570 total and was specifically told in writing that the price was "all-inclusive" and that the price would not increase after signing. Based on those representations, I signed the contract and paid a $150 deposit.

After taking my deposit, the company failed to provide a driver within the agreed timeframe. I was then told there was a driver shortage, followed by an explanation that the assigned driver had been involved in an accident.

The company later informed me that the transport would now cost approximately $1,100, nearly double the agreed price. When I requested a refund because the service could not be provided at the agreed price, I was told the $150 deposit had already been given to the driver and could not currently be refunded.

My concern is not that delays occurred. Unexpected events can happen in transportation. My concern is that I relied on written assurances that the total cost was fixed at $570 and would not increase after signing, only to be asked for substantially more money after my deposit was collected.

I encourage prospective customers to obtain all carrier information in advance, carefully review cancellation and refund policies, and keep all communications in writing.

Scam company. Same as other 1 star reviews. Took a deposit from me then didn’t show up. Claimed their driver got into an accident. Don’t call them! They’ll steal your money

My husband is active duty military. We are moving across the country and the day of pickup they called us saying the driver was in an accident. I’m sure I will not see the deposit back we paid. Now we are stuck on our moving day with his vehicle. Out $200 and no one answering the phone.

Signed contract months in advance of transport. Paid $160 deposit. They never showed. Claimed driver was in an accident. Promised re-delivery. Never happened. Drove it myself. Promised refund of deposit. Never received. Don't Venmo them the deposit. If you use them, put the deposit on your credit card and pay the 10% extra charge. That way if they stiff you, you can get your money back. BTW, they are a broker, do not own their own trucks. Speak broken English, very rough customer service.

I used Huck Logistics to ship my car from NC to NY. Daniel did an amazing job finding a driver who could accommodate my shipping needs because this was a last minute decision. The transportation went great. The car was picked up early and arrived the next day. I would definitely use them again.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! driver never showed up and I requested to be canceled because the driver crashed supposedly on the way and they coukdn't get me another driver for the same rate because "driver shortage". They wanted to charge me 200.00 for canceling due to their errors. SCAMMERS. they don't refund you either. STAY THE HELL AWAY!
