UPDATED REVIEW: 4 Days later... my package arrived. By a different delivery vendor and an email in response to my refund request. I'm not sure I would purchase from HSIA again as the delivery experience is extremely subpar. There's no efficient method for communication. I don't look forward to the return process as I have to return one of the items.
Giving back one star as the delivery finally made it.
...I wish I could give NO stars. After buying in bulk, I never received my package. Took up to 10 days for the tracking to give an update that then said it was delivered and signed off - this is with no proof of delivery - no picture - nothing. I was home all day! AND I went in to the package room multiple times. Totally disappointed. I've emailed, tried the chat option with no reasonable answers. Now calling credit card company to dispute.

Not responding to any of my many emails…
Edited one week later. I did get a response and they have now refunded me after multiple emails and this review. So do keep persisting with them if you are in a similar situation.
Not responding to any of my many emails about returning for a refund! Seems like others have had the same issue.
I ordered a few to try on basis all returnableFor a refund. Sadly don’t fit and after following all their procedures they still have replied to my request to refund. Posting here as hopefully may get a response as it does for others before reporting to my credit card company.

Customer service 0/10 to initiate a return
I received my order in good time, however I realised I had ordered the wrong size and I have had no luck in reaching customer service. I have tried their chat function and no response, I have emailed four times, again no response. Very poor service and process to organise a return. I will be contacting my credit card now as it has been more than two weeks since my first attempt and there continues to be radio silence. If you are unsure of sizing it maybe best to avoid ordering from here as the whole process for returns is a joke

I ordered 2 styles of bras. The one was tiny and the other was perfect. Really strange!! The good one I am happy with, fits lovely. Supports me properly and is relatively comfortable for an underwired bra. I did not have a problem returning the one that did not fit.

Minimizer bra works well
I struggled getting ahold of customers service at the beginning, trying to do a return. Once I did, they got back to me very quickly and helped me and went above and beyond. The bra fits how it is suppose to i just haven’t worn a bra with underwire for a while so I need to get use to it. It makes my large chest look good and I’m not spilling out which is nice

It did not fit well at all.
It is supposed to be a minimizer bra, and it made me look like I gained ten pounds.

I was hesitant to order off of Facebook but my 2 bras ordered plus panties came quickly and are beautiful. I have a very large cup size and they fit true to size.
