Lingerie was okay but customer service is terrible. Ordered a few pieces, they forgot to send one bra. I had to chase it down. Took too much time and was a complete hassle. They sent a peach bra instead of the pink one and when I reached out to them saying that it was the wrong colour, they completely denied and said 'it doesn't look peach to us'. I asked for it to be returned as it was almost $50. They deducted $10 and also didn't help with the shipping. So basically, I lost $20 and wasted a lot of time (sending 20 emails back and forth). I wish they copied customer service from Victoria's Secret instead of their designs and prices.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Three items ordered, two items faulty within one and two wears.

Back and forth messages, no actual care for the customer , which is a shame because I was keen to buy more.

I purchased a bra front closure drum figure bra, the front clasp broke within 3 months. No replacement, no refund! They only do 30day warranty!! Absolute shoddy product.

I ordered a strapless bra on Wednesday and it got delivered on Sunday! The product is great and exactly as advertised for a great price, Happy customer and will order again

Being sceptical about the product at first, I bought two front openings to try as I needed some and couldn't reach a back closure due to a bad shoulder. Found Essenther on line. Sizing is literally according to their measurements, not necessarily your normal sizing. This could fool some when making a purchase. I was very unsure about this aspect myself. The bras arrived in about 2 weeks (front opening) They were light, a buttery soft mesh. The front closure works but is a bit fiddly - precision work and could be difficult for some. The Bras fitted, were cool comfortable and I purchased another two with regular black closures. Again, the mesh is cool and comfortable but possibly a bit lacking support for some. The lace didn't have quite the same snug and shapely fit as the mesh. No issues with delivery or quality but the range does not offer many with superior support. Have now bought another 2 - love them, so comfortable and given the fabric may not have long-life durability. The only issue, was and still is stock availability. Many sizes out of stock.

Usually I read reviews before I buy. This time I didn’t. The “Australian” website looked convincing, but the product is Chinese. I bought according to the measurements of their size guide but it was way too small, obviously an Asian size. Plus, poor quality.
I have put in a refund request via PayPal as I can’t contact the company even through the link supplied on PayPal. SHONKY! DON’T BUY.
P.S. - PayPal granted me a refund immediately.

Horrendous company to deal with! The returns process is so convoluted it’s took me months to get my refund. They will do anything to work out of giving you a refund, even when you’ve returned items.

First issue was that I got alerted by my bank that I made an international charge. Nowhere on the website did it state that this is not a US based company. Then product was not as shown in the images. Nothing smoothing about a bra made out of a netting type fabric. The when I wanted to return the products I was offered a free item instead of a return. After some back and forth discussions they finally gave me the address where to send the items so. Meza AZ, one of the expensive places to mail to. Cost me almost $9 for 2 mesh bras that weigh next to nothing. Then I had to send images of the package and shipping receipt. What a production! Lesson learned, check Trustpilot first!

Trying to return a item seems impossible

Buyer beware do not buy from this company. I advised the company that my items were defective once washed and I was told that unless I had the original postage packaging and label they could not accept the items as a refund. Seriously how many people keep the original packaging when they receive items? Really bad experience with this company and they need to be stopped, the quality is absolute CRAP.

Really terrible service. I got two dresses. Both faulty with some stains all over them. Company won’t accept return and offered 20% refund and i should keep the faulty dresses. Won’t buy from them again

Its all a scam .
Returned 2 bras due to them not fitting correctly. Return within Australia was to Amazon in Melbourne .
4 weeks later and I still had not recieved a refund .
After emailing the help line they said that Amazon.had marked my returned goods as damaged .
Due to the fact that I could not produce evidence of the goods prior to postage they coud only only offer me a partial refund .
They could not provide me with evidence of the so called damage .
Reading reviews, customers have had similar ex perience .

I bought 6 bras from them, as I was chasing a specific item. They are definitely not fantastic quality and offer a low level of support but I only paid between $30 -40 au each and I normally spend a minimum of twice that amount. The main issue is return, as like other customers have experienced, it is an impossible task. I should have known better as I have been caught before with another company of a similar set up. I wont bother to try to return, as the last time I did that the parcel made it all the way to China but was a boomerang, ‘return to sender’ arriving back 3 months later. I paid for registered post. Still no refund! SO not doing that again. The bottom line is, they are an ok bra, I might wear 3/6 on occasion, but generally not worth it. Don’t bother setting up an account, you cant log in anyway. Dodgy company!

Excellent quality, perfect size, thank you

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Essenther. After returning multiple items in perfect condition, I was told they were “damaged by customer” without any evidence provided. Despite my request for photos or proof, none were shared. I had witnesses who saw the items were untouched, yet the company withheld a full refund and offered only a partial one.
Their communication was slow, evasive, and lacked transparency. It felt like they were more interested in keeping my money than resolving the issue fairly. Even when I asked how to escalate the complaint, they didn’t provide a clear process.
I would not recommend shopping with Essenther. Based on my experience, they are not trustworthy and their customer service is extremely poor.

Great quality bras, comfortable and supportive, lovely shape and I keep buying more. Quick delivery and great customer service, always responsive to questions.

Excellent product and customer service

Do not buy the products from this company. All of the negative reviews are absolutely spot on. The return button doesn’t work for a reason!! You have to chase them on email to get a returns address and an ‘agreement’ to get a refund as they try and fob you off with all sorts of bribes to keep the items.

I am finally returning these - paying for the return myself, but there are apparently caveats about whether I’ll get my refund. I’ll be owed more than £40 determined h but I just have to hope I’ll get my refund.
Not sure it’s even strictly online / distance selling legal frankly.

Been trying to return bra but no one is helping or even answering my messages.

Not great quality fabric and stitching for the price. There are definitely better products out there, not good value for money.
