It has been a game changer for multiple people keeping track of attendance

Great program for the money. Easy to use.

I haven’t been able to successfully log in for months.

HRdirect Smart Apps are a satisfactory product. However, we are not able to get the reports that we need.

You can't beat what you get for the price, but when there are issues the support is not very helpful.

Good Service but the ability to fill out an I-9 and W-4 on a mobile phone is very lacking. If you could make it easier to complete the forms on a phone it would be a 5-star rating.

It is a nice app. I would buy something more robust if I could. I could use more time buckets (4 or 5) and I would like to be able to access more than one bucket per day. And there isn't any reporting.

Does not have a spell check function for starters. Site has other issues too.

After using the paper forms for years we thought the app would be an upgrade. We were wrong. It rarely works and crashes constantly, telling you that it did not save the data. And you cannot enter a range of dates, so if someone takes two weeks off, you have to enter each day individually. Do you know how awful that was when every employee was furloughed for COVID? Forget about printing them out, you have to export each sheet to a PDF, again individually, then print the PDF. Needless to say, we printed the paper forms out and are no longer using this app and will not purchase it again

As a business, HRdirect has been a huge help to our HR team.

Too may issues getting remote employees connected. I have to send and resend the invitations. Also, they sometimes get locked out if they leave a training session and try to log back in. I'll be looking for a different platform in the future.

The time off request app works well, but the attendance calendar is not very user friendly and many things are locked for administrators. Also having to create multiple entries just to get the PTO to work correctly is not good.

While we like some of the features we often have to reload pages and wait a very long time for them to load properly.
This happens in all browsers and we are using a high speed connection.

This is a great app for our small organization. Previously, the staff kept hand written records. Now we have a method for employees to request time off and we can track leave balances. The app is easy to navigate.

Website is slow, especially when first signining in. The main reason for my access is for trainings (I have and HRIS system in place).

There isn't a training properly labeled "Sexual Harrasment", which makes me a little nervous. In California Sexual Harassment training is mandatory training every-other-year, and I'm unsure this will comply with requirements.

The process to assign trainings is not intuitive at all, and there is way TOO MANY STEPS to assign a training. Another inconvenience is the system will not notify me when a training has been completed, which means I have to log in every time to check on progress, this would be an issue if the website wasn't so slow at log in :(.

I have the Company Policies app and it has allowed me to easily share our updated company policies with employees.

Their customer service is top notch. Quick to respond and ready to help. I use the Attendance Calendar, and they made changes last year that I wish they had not. I'm sure the changes needed to be made, but I wish they had made more of an effort to wed the good aspects of the previous version with the new version.

Great value is great! This can be a great tool for small to midsized business especially getting started. W-4 still has not been updated to reflect the 2020 W-4
