I have ordered many styles from Hoxton Gal and they are always perfectly described, true to size with delivery on time. Thank youuu! 😍😍

Gorgeous dress!!!☺️ It arrived promptly and I had so many compliments when I wore it and it had a very flattering shape. Really happy.

Has to chase a refund having returned a dress and not receiving confirmation of return or refund. Asli dealt with my query and was super helpful and friendly.

Had to chase my delivery, Asli was very helpful and kept me informed. The dresses finally arrived and I love them. Well made and reasonably priced

Ordering and delivery was easy and prompt , however the style of shirt/blouse was incorrect and not as selected it was the same colour. Due to the fact i required for weekend no time to send back .

1. Site has no information about material item is made of.
2. Site gives wrong delivery information. Instead of 4 - 5 working days my delivery took 8 working days. I ordered my item on 25/06/2023 and recieved on 05/07/2023.
Instead of saying: "Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times." company should estimate delivery time as 7 - 8 working days.

Unfortunately I wasn’t sent the correct order. I ordered 3items 2 were correct and the 3rd wasn’t what I’d ordered and i was sent a duplicate of one of the other items in the order. The problem was resolved quickly and a refund was issued along with a free returns label for the incorrect item but sadly the missing item wasn’t available for the event I had purchased it for.

My experience with the Hoxton gal’s customer services has been great. I am really pleased the way my query was dealt with by Asli. A great person who responded to me without any delay and resolved my query quickly. I wish all companies have such great people in their customer services. Thank you Asli at Hoxton Gal!

No return label for items that were full price but had discount code applied. I'll be returning both items just to make shipping cost worthwhile

Spoke with Asli, in customer service about a return I had made and not received a refund. Within 24 hours of sending an email Asli, responded and sorted it out. An excellent customer service agent.

I had made a mistake returning goods and contacted ‘Asli’ ( from customer care) who not only understood my situation but quickly, with care and compassion contacted the necessary department.

Poor quality and fit. Sorry but won't be purchasing again ....

Ordered size 16/18, unfortunately blouses were too large. Exchanged them very easily and quickly for 12/14. Very happy with product and service. Was incorrectly charged for postage which was refunded.

I love the style of Hoxton Gal tops but cannot understand why they do not do a size 14-16! A 12-14 is too tight on my bust but the next size up, 16-18 is too big. Why oh why do you not do 14-16 which is surely a common size?!
