Friendly staff took all our requirements into consideration and book us a beautiful hotel in Tenerife and I would have to say we would definitely go back to Hannah for our next holiday. We had all our elements of our paperwork taken care of which made traveling really easy and we felt relaxed even before our trip. Thank you again Hannah.

Team at Howard Travel have always gone beyond my expectations for helping arrange perfect holidays. They listen to what id like and how and search for what would work and they have never let me down. Best travel company there is

The reason for this average score is as follows,
When we booked it with Jo Mindy all was well and we were kept informed,We contacted her several times as this was no problem,
When Jo went on leave ,We understand all of the holiday file had been handed over ant the person who was taking on was updated,

We had a problem getting our tickets after several phone calls and the person didn't seem to know wether they had been sent,
Also we didn't have any Titan luggage labels,
Also when we got to LHR no Titan rep to greet us ,it was a complete hash up as Titan sorted the Taxi journey Sureley there could be a rep there to assist with check in ,the first time I saw a Titan rep was after we got out airport at Calgary,When we met Christine she was a great aide,all the time we saw her it was all clear of our next meetingbtimes or where to see here,
On arrival at LHR could the Titan reps wear the Red Coat,When we flew to Calgary the A C crew were wonderful nothing was to much trouble,
On our return trip we had seats at the back of the plane the crew didn't seem to cate we had to keep asking for water as it was so hot ,my wife ask several times for water but had to go to the crew who were Sat down in the galley area, and was give water when the the cabin crew came out they said it was rather hot,
're Titan at LHR on our return Christne told us when we go into the car park area she said the Titan Staff would be wearing Red this was correct and it made our tri to herp great,
So we hope this may help other travellers who use Howard Travel and Titan,
I would like hear from Titan and HT regarding the report

Thomas Cook folded on the Monday before our trip on the following Saturday. Howard Travel were easy to get hold of that day to discuss our hotel booking and whether we still had a holiday. They contacted the hotel on our behalf and got positive confirmation by the Wednesday that we still had a room at the hotel as well as rebooking our transport from the airport to the hotel.
This was a great relief that I didn't have to get time off work to sort out. I only had to go in to the office to pay the new bookings. The staff were very professional .

Howard travel remains as always efficient to a tee.

Excellent service and when problems accured due to useless airline (American Airlines) they sorted our issues promptly

Had booked aThomas Cook holiday through them. Company collapsed three days into holiday but by 11.00 Howard Travel called to reassure me flights still ok and they had spoken to hotel to confirm room honoured.Always there when I need them.
Great advise when booking cruises and putting trips together.

The member of staff who made my booking was excellent. Helpful knowledgable couldn't fsult her. However I doubt if I will book agsin with Howard Travel as they were not able to offer me travel insurance as I was too old. Pam Secker.

Yes an excellent holiday which was done with the help of Wayne Aldridge at the Trowbridge shop. What was also very good was that Wayne contacted us whilst on the holiday concerning the Thomas Cook business saying every thing was ok for our return. He has been an asset with our holiday bookings over the years.Thank you.

We have travelled twice this year with Howard Travel and dealt with Matt he was super efficient very helpful and professional. It had a good knowledge of where we wanted to go and was able to advise in every aspecy of planning our trips. Will definately recommend and use again.
