I did a lot of research before deciding on this site. I rang them and spoke to a really good bloke, who answered all my questions thoroughly. I ordered and it arrived the next day! Good quality product 👍🏼

The support was amazing, I ordered a hoverboard and kart for birthday present. Only recieved the hoverboard in my bundle at first. But, James at Hoverboard.co.uk was extremely supportive and helped me trace my 2nd parcel. It was an issue with DPD whom delivered the 2nd parcel swiftly in good time few hours later. Very happy with the product and service. Strongly recommend hoverboard.co.uk their support fantastic. Well done guys 👍😀

Bought a hover board and go kart attachment for my son. Delivery was prompt and as expected. We did have an issue when one wheel stopped working. After some great tech support over the phone which unfortunately did not revolve the issue we were given instructions on how to send the board back. The board was fixed and returned in 3 days which wS great. Good communication all the way through as well as we had a kid excited to get his board back. Would happily buy again from here. We bought in Feb and 8 months later the board is still going strong and is used daily.

I have just experienced great customer service for the second time since purchasing the hoverboard last Christmas.
A weeks ago there was a problem With my grandsons hoverboard one of the wheels stopped working,I contacted the company by emailing. My emails were answered within 48 hrs and I was given clear instructions on how to try sort out the problem . This did not work contacted them again got prompt reply’s , they gave me instructions how to return the hoverboard. I received it back today it was sent last Monday so 7 days all fixed and working one happy grandson. 100% customer service

What a GREAT company to deal with. Aftersales are superb too. Even if you don't need a Hoverboard - buy one ! If they were a restaurant they would have Michelin stars !!

Great products. My son loves his board and it’s stood up to all the abuse a 7 year old and friends can throw at it. Great service too, prompt delivery and excellent customer service.

If there's a company that deserves a 5* rate this is the company your looking for. Their customer service is superb regarding on dealing customers issue, very smooth conversation and give you assurance to things.
I've ordered hoverboard to them on 20th of August 2020, I need to cancel the order 26th yesterday because my hubby didn't tell me, he already ordered my daughter's hoverboard in other company. Anyhow they response almost immediately and tell me that the cancellation is in process and I'm gonna have my refund within 48hrs which I am really happy to know. They even take time to call me and confirmed it as well. All I can say to this company keep up the good work and continue giving superb customer service to everyone.

Literally the most responsive customer service I have experienced in my 42 years on this planet! If all other companies were 1/4 as good as these then the world would be a much better place!!!

We would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. Customer service was excellent when we had a problem with one of the boards. It was returned freepost, fixed and back with us in just a few days, even the kids were amazed it was back so quickly. The boards are great and the cart a must have addition my 76 yo father plays on every time he visits!

Great hoverboard with the go cart. Fairly critical in my view to have both to get most out of it. Negative is strap quickly wore out but customer service excellent both before and after sales which is brilliant. Super helpful and efficient

Bought for my son for his 8th birthday, absolute hit! He thinks it’s amazing, lots of fun we bought the kart as a bundle and he is a lot of fun, very quick to pick up! Great friendly customer service and quick delivery.

Quick reliable service, received goods on time. Ordered Sunday, received goods Tuesday.
Hover board etc was well packaged upon receipt.
Our daughter loves the Hoverboard and Go Kart and has had lots of fun on it so far!
The only criticism we have is that the instructions for the hoverboard go kart were not very clear and could've been a little more descriptive when attaching the hoverboard to the go kart. And also one of the rear red lights on the hoverboard has already pushed inwards so that obviously wasn't very secure to start with and we need to repair. But these are manufacturer faults not the company that supplied us the goods.
