Hover X1 gimbal error e altri codice errori
Ho avuto un problema con Hover X1 causato da me personalmente. Il supporto post vendita si è dimostrato molto disponibile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. L'aspetto più importante è che hanno mostrato di saper ascoltare le richieste e i dubbi. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto. Il drone è stato riparato in garanzia. Continuate così perchè altre aziende più famose, non rispondono neanche.
After teething problems
After teething problems, which is quite normal for a new product with outstanding features, the firmware (as of 08.06.2025) and support have now reached a high level.

The order whose incomplete
The order whose incomplete. The support answer at frist fast, but after thats, nothing happens anymore.
It's feels like scammed. 150€ scammed. I start now refund by bank for take my cash back....
Terrible customer support
The product is great at first. But there was a malfunction in the return accuracy. The device therefor crashed and fell in the salt water. Contacting the customer service and sending all the logs and media, they confirmed with me it was a malfunction in the return accuracy of the device causing the incident. However, upon request for support on fixing the device, the support desk was only willing to send me a new device with just a small discount. When claiming my rights under the warranty terms I was ignored. There was no replacement, not could I return the broken device.
Sold on false pretences
Sold on false pretences. I ordered the Beacon and Joysticks when HoverAir released the new Pro and ProMax, based on their assertion that they would work with the original X1 also. When it finally arrived and still wasn't I chased up support about it and was told that it would be completed by the end of the year. When I contacted them again in December they said they no longer had a schedule for this and again now they can't. It sounds like the idea of support for the original X1 has slipped away and will likely never happen, yet they refuse to let me return and refund the items which were sold to me based on falsehoods.
Quality issues solved but customer support can be better
I had new issues with my drone X1 after repairing it under my cost. I started to raise concerns about product quality in less than a year of usage. However, after several support requests where I uploaded data, videos and facts, the response time from the team wasn't adequate. After writing to the Director of Sales, the case was taken seriously and the support team did a quality inspection and found the rootcause. So, In terms of customer experience, it wasn't easy, but eventually the case was solved. It is still an amazing product and I forgive some youth imperfection. I’m looking forward to a stronger version, able to do sharp curves at speed of 30km/h.
No reactie at return request
I ordered the X1, but later found out that I should have ordered the Pro. I indicated this in time on the day that my order would be delivered. Box still closed and unused. According to their return policy, you must first send an email to SUPPORT@. I did this properly and immediately received a response that I had to take photos of the packaging and serial numbers, after which I would receive instructions for return.
Unfortunately, I no longer receive any response from support and therefore no instructions for return. Even after sending an email 3 times, no response.
Fortunately, because I had doubts, I paid via Klarna and already informed them.
I have absolutely no faith in HOVERair anymore and strongly advise against this company. Seems like a scam.
Bad customer support
I was assigned a ticket number after reporting a problem with my X1 Pro and supplying logs. This was on 29 December 2024, with the appropriate escaltion and response promised within days. I have not heard from HoverAir support, today being a month later! This is the poorest customer service I've experienced for a long time.
No Response from Customer Service
I reported a defective drone in mid-December 2024 and have not received any response to date. Over a month without any reply or solution is unacceptable. The drone was intended for my trip to New Zealand but couldn’t be used. Very disappointing – I cannot recommend Hover Air.
Customer Service
I have heard good things about this little drone but the customer service for HoverAir is terrible. I paid for express shipping and now after 2 days it is still saying they received my order and they are prepping it, or whatever. I have emailed like 4 times with no response. They also state they got my money. Where is my order HOVERAIR? I am losing my patience and if I do not get a response soon I will take further action!
0 support, no help if your product has issues
My hoverair is not working since beginning November and they are not giving me any support since then. They are not answering any email, is impossible to contact them. I cannot use the product.
I would love the product once the problems are fixed.
Problems with the latest firmware
Problem 1) missing frames every 2-3 seconds in manual mode by 24 or 60 FPS. The recording is useless since no smooth full recording is possible
Problem 2) Takes long time 20-40 seconds or longer to stop recording into the internal storage
Problem 3) Something went wrong during the audio synthesis process the original video has been saved to the mobile phone album (4403).
One of the best drones I ever had!
I backed the HoverAir X1 when it launched on IGG last year, and now with the new X1 PRO & PRO MAX models they just took it to the next level. It's one of the best pocket drones on the market, always with you and always ready to be deployed to catch some awesome shots. The HoverAir X1 Owners Club on FB and r/HoverDrone SubReddit are great places to find help if you encounter any issues or just want some tips&tricks and best practices from others. Also, people constantly share impressive use cases and great 3D-printed accessories for it. A great product with an awesome community! Highly recommend it to anybody to test it out and see for themselves.
