The hover air is a good little drone…
The hover air is a good little drone for fun at parties, camping or just hanging with friends. My previous review was two stars but mostly had to do with my aggravation waiting to hear back from the company each time I emailed. They do get back to you and I did receive my hover air and I’m very much enjoying it. With this company, you just gotta be patient with as they will follow through with their customer service. Thank you

Excellent drone and outstanding customer support
I’m really happy with my Hover Air X1 Pro. Today was my second flight, and the experience has been fantastic. It’s very easy to fly, fast, and stable. You just have to be careful when flying in areas with trees or branches around, since it could crash if the space is tight.
The image quality is great, and the app works smoothly. I did have an issue with my first unit — it turned out to be defective — but the support team was amazing. They tried to fix it remotely, and when that didn’t work, they sent me a brand-new replacement. This one has been working perfectly.
Overall, it’s an incredible product with top-notch after-sales service. I’m really satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent customer service - had a problem with the Beacon and it has been replaced quickly even if it was close to the end of the warranty!
I have the Hover Air Pro Max and it’s an excellent product, I’m also interested in supporting HOVERAir and Zero Robotics as they are a new company bringing innovation in the drone field.
Customer service has been really good in responding quickly to my messages.

I have the Hoverair X1 and the Hoverair X1-Pro. I really enjoy this drone. I am 69 years old and I can use it!
This review is about the customer service.I had an issue with my Hoverair X1 Pro and the beacon not connecting. After several emails they asked me to send log-files and videos of the issue which I did. They asked me to send in the beacon for repair and a week later a new beacon was delivered. Still the issue remained and after several email with Iris I was asked to sent both beacon and Hoverair (shipping paid by Hoverair). About two weeks later they were shipped back to me and all issues were fixed. In total all took about six weeks but that is oké for my issues were solved.
Very pleasant contact with several people from customer services.
I am a happy customer!

Je n’arrivais pas à commander le Beacon Wrist Strap et il m’ont aidé à pouvoir le commander. Depuis que je suis avec cette société je suis très satisfait. Quand on a quelques choses qui ne nous convient pas ! Ils trouvent toujours des solutions. J’ai acheté le X1 ProMax avec tout ses accessoires en août 2024 et là c’est pareil ! Je suis hyper satisfait car ils apportent beaucoup de choses et confort à l’utilisation de ce produit. Franchement chapeau et je ne peux que recommander cette société car ils ont de très bon produit et surtout un service technique première classe.

pocas veces me he encontrado con un servicio más deficiente y poco serio, no cumplen con los plazos, ni con los compromisos y es desesperante el contacto con el servicio técnico. No hay teléfono de contacto y te responde una IA constantemente. Muy decepcionado y desesperante experiencia. Se me rompió el chasis del dron el segundo día de uso, compre el HOVERCare q pone q tiene un servicio de reemplazo de 3.-5 días hábiles, les escribí un correo pidiendo ayuda pues tenía un viaje en 7 días a Nepal y necesitaba llevarme el dron. No tienen teléfono de contacto, no cumplieron con el plazo de reemplazo, incluso me sugirieron q si quería tener el dron para este viaje me comprase uno nuevo en Amazon... Al final he pagado por un, servicio q no he recibido y estoy en Nepal sin el dron... Muy poco serio, no recomiendo esta empresa.

My first HoverAir X1 Pro was stolen few weeks ago. I decided to contact the HoverAir support to order a new one and be sure that the stolen one was blocked.
HoverAir support helped me during the full process and offered me a discount to help me replacing my stolen drone.
Each time I had to contact HoverAIr support, for question about the drone, issue with the app and even to help me when my drone was stolen, they always answered quickly and helped me to find a solution. This is not always the case with all support centers, so it was worth pointing out.

Acquistato un HoverAir pro max il 13 settembre 2025 unitamente al kit di controllo con Beacon e i due Joystick. Uno dei due Joystick tuttavia è risultato difettoso e non accetta la ricarica, evidentemente ha la batteria interna danneggiata e non sono riuscito ad utilizzarlo mai.
Contatto il servizio clienti pensando ad una rapida sostituzione e mi viene detto che non è coperto da garanzia e dovrei ricomprarlo come parte di ricambio (99€)!!

I bought the HOVERAir X1 Pro Max in the Netherlands (≈€750, plus extras later). My initial support experience was frustrating: scripted replies, inconsistent ownership across tickets, and even incorrect name addressing. That’s not what you expect at this price point.
some aspects of support also provided concrete, product-level answers along the way.
I escalated because I needed precise, practical guidance for a premium device.
The turning point came when Everleigh-the Overseas Customer Service + VoC Operation Manager at HOVERAir reviewed the case.
Everleigh-carefully checked the facts, confirmed my purchase channel as authorized, and—most importantly—made it right.
HoverAir confirmed my purchase channel as authorized and went above expectations with a two-year HOVERCare WorryFree plan at no cost, plus a replacement battery .
In the end, HoverAir stood behind the product and the customer. I was satisfied enough to invest further (another extra battery and the dual charger), taking my total spend close to €1,000. The device is a unique bit of kit in NL, and with the final outcome, the support matched the premium positioning.
Advice to HoverAir: keep the VoC standard across all frontline contacts (correct name, clear ticket continuity, precise answers).
If that becomes the default, you’ll reduce escalations and win more word-of-mouth from early adopters like me.
Keep knowledge articles handy, but always answer the specific question first.
Do that, and you’ll convert more early adopters into long-term fans.

I had a problem with the Hover X1 Prob…
I had a problem with the Hover X1 Prob Max Beacon. The rapid, courteous and very professional advice I received - which included regular contact to see if the problem was resolved - was the best I have ever experienced. In the end I was invited to return the Beacon for technical analysis and provided with a pre-paid label to do so. In just 24 hours I was told that the Beacon would be replaced which happened just a day later. The Beacon is transformative tech for the drone. Amongst many things it enables in-flight profile changes, flight control and sound recording without a mobile. This must be the best photography drone for under 250g weight on the market and Customer Support is just as good!

I ordered the wrong protection case for my HoverAir X1 ProMax and the support was just great - I got an answer within a few hours and ofter sending the serial number of my drone they refunded the money for the wrong case. I am also very happy with the drone itself - good product with a lot of great features!
