My experience with House of Tours has…

My experience with House of Tours has been extremely disappointing. The sales team kept promising daily follow-ups, while the operations team repeatedly said the sales team would call back—four days in a row with the same comments and no action. There was absolutely no support, no proper communication, and no responsibility taken by any team. Based on this experience, I would never recommend their services to anyone.

Extremely bad experience

Extremely bad experience. They were just behind us to pay the payment at the earliest. We had applied for the Canada visit visa through them but before they got the money they were making fake promises and giving the guarantee that they know the full documentation requirements and there has been no refusal until now but our visa was refused due to no itenary attachments. And on top of that they are replying sorry Sir to hear this and no one is picking up the phone to clarify and tell anything because they have received their money.

Worst tour I have done in over 20 tours

if you want to spend more money and spoil your tour. book through houseoftour .com. They are very good till you pay money. never book through this agency. we booked as 3 family because we were very close friends we escaped from the stress they created.

I don’t know whether they pay people to…

I don’t know whether they pay people to write reviews. Honestly the worst experience. They promise and follow up with you till all payment is done. They don’t have a proper database and after couple of months call you again and run you thru the whole process. Horrible and hopeless. Suggest you hire people with customer skills and talent. I guess this sums up of the readers out there imagywhat could have gone wrong.

1. Paid for urgent appointment for us visa keeping promise and finally forcefully get back money.
2. Even normal they made bad arrangement fingerprint Ahmedabad and interview Telungana iterwal of two months.

Georgian trip

We travelled to Georgia in March 2025, it was a Great Experience. Thanks for the wonderful arrangements of Hotel, Travel arrangements, Air tickets, Visa Insurance etc done by houseoftours. At the beginning we had worries if it is a scam , but they proved us wrong and highly appreciate the support. Also the Tour guide we had .... She was truly a Gem of a person as she considered as a family throughout the trip.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever, first I lost slot due to wrong name booked for my appointment, I had to wait for 1 month extra and got slot ( not my choise ) yet I had to accept since I'm running out of time.
After this struggle my file was handed over to operation teams .
They are careless, unorganised, false promises and never fulfilled commitment.

Horrible and unprofessional.

Minimum 1 star is mandatory, else I would have given negative points. We took their help for my family for uk tourist visa as i live here. They were very unprofessional, and lacked the knowledge and experience on what could have let to visa refusal. They failed to help us show proper ties to home country .
Very disappointed and when we asked for a refund, they refused. Nothing but a scamming company who hardly care for their customers.

This is the worse agency

This is the worse agency, the guy who were in charge to handle my application never bothered to reply nor update me after the payment, they will only bother to call when i called them in the landline and questioned them, it should be their responsibility to update or to keep in touch for whatever we need, after getting the business the hell they care at all, this guy names salman is worse customer service, they need business not minding the service, i will not recommend for those who plan to take their service better think hundred times!!!!

Greedy and un-realistic

I expect agencies to be fair to the customer in letting them know if the application / biometric dates are in range so the visa can be recived on time. This agency doesn't. The whole idea is to get business out of customers.
A couple of colleagues and myself applied for the visa for Romania. Please note this is 3 months before the travel dates. This guy Mr. Jinto kept on confirming that the application dates will be in time and the exact dates can be know once the application is filed.

Now technically he may be true but keep reading that this statement is incorrect.
We paid the agency fee a total of Aed 515 (350 their service fee to process 90 day visa + 150 Silver insurance plan)

The whole process started in May somwhere like 2024, May 18th (our travel dates are in Aug 26) and the application was posted on 2nd June. Now I've no issues because it can be late due to documents sharing etc.
Money paid, application submitted. Now we are at the mercy of the embassy. After a few days we just tested our case by connecting with other travel agencies. They simply refused to take up our case. Somehow they knew that there is no vacancy on the biometric dates. My question how come House Of Tours didn't know. It seems to be they were just greedy of getting business from us.
We then went to the Consultate in Al Safa, where we heard from the horses mouth that there is no vacancy till end of Sep 2024. Wow!!

So summary: Every agency can process visas which are easy to get and collect good reviews. But true aganecies are fair and give the right advise. House of Tours has been blacklisted in my company. As many of us were planning to attend an event. One person can be wrong, not the whole bunch!

While your dates technically may have allowed a window, you weren’t paying us for technicalities - you were trusting us to advise you realistically, and we dropped the ball by not flagging the lack of available biometric slots before submission. Whether that was an oversight or wishful optimism from our end, either way, it's on us, and we take accountability for it.

This isn’t just about Mr. Jinto, or one visa. Your experience points to a deeper need for us to audit how we assess slot availability and set the right customer expectations before committing. That’s something we’re already actioning with our visa ops team.

I had a worst experience with this…

I had a worst experience with this agency. Initially they guided me nicely. First they asked me to pay their fee. I paid and then they asked me to submit all the required documents for Canada Visa. I submitted all the documents including the bank statement for which i had to pay 120 Qar. After submission i did not get any response from them. I messaged them frequently. They did not respond. After 3 weeks they responded saying that they are handing over our issue to another person. I applied from Qatar so they told will be transferring to Qatar agent. Again I had to take bank statements because it was delayed, for which I had to pay service charge for bank.They submitted all the papers and my paper was rejected by the embassy. I asked them reason for the rejection they told its all embassy decision, then I enquired in another agency so they asked me so many other papers which they didn’t even ask by this agency. Anyways I lost my money for paying this agency.

Reading your review was frustrating not because you shared it, but because everything you said is fair.

What you experienced - the initial responsiveness followed by silence, the delayed handover to another agent, the lack of clarity around required documents, and the failed visa application, is not how we’re supposed to operate, and I’m honestly sorry you had to go through it.

Paying again for bank statements because we didn’t act in time? Completely on us. Getting vague responses post-rejection instead of a proper review of what could have been done better? That’s lazy, and it’s not acceptable. And worst of all - we clearly didn’t equip you with the full checklist of what was needed, which other agencies later pointed out. That’s a miss we fully own.

You're right, final visa decisions are made by embassies. But that doesn't mean we get to hide behind that and ignore the part we play in getting you there.

This review is from May 2024 and if this is still raw, I understand. But if you're even slightly open to it, I’d really appreciate the chance to connect and show you what we’re doing differently now to ensure no one else goes through this. If not for a re-rating, at least to close this loop the right way.

They are crooks

They are crooks! Fake advertising for VFS visa and take your money and chase you to pay. and then disappear and will say VFS system is not working. Beware everyone. if I don't get my money back, I will report them to Dubai police and authorities. Nijisha was an agent who took money and disappeared.

schengen visa…

I would like to review schengen visa experience with House of tour. They take full advance payment month in advance to the visa. There is chat service where they will connect which i found not helpful.as i did not get response in time..and the complete set of documents and responsibilities is on oneself ..they just provide checklist...and we have to arrange it right.even the application forms filled needs to be checked by us and there were mistakes which we identified.Moreover there is no follow up pre and post visa schedule.
My experience was not good.

Commendable Team of Houseoftours

Once again or simply saying this is fourth experience wherein i been taken care by the wonderful team of houseoftours. I had applied for USA got visa, applied for Schengen got Italy visa, applied for UK i.e. under process, Canadian visa under process this weekend going for niometric. Having said that all my journey started from 24th Jan 2024 when i applied visas through houseoftours. Rajeesh Shaikh had been very keen in prparation of USA visa file, Miss Emy have been very quick n efficient towards my case preparation with proper guidence as per canadian law. she always been there to support n clarify all points and she is having commendable sense of responsibility to deal with her client. Best thing that i have noticed Emy n all other houseoftour staff is very cooperative and even on holidays weekends they are in contact.
