We had a few hours between our flights, so we decided to visit Dubai. The experience with Tours By Rafiq Tourism LLC was excellent. They picked us up on time and showed us both the old town and the new town. We managed to see the main sights of the city in a short time, which was perfect for our layover. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and everything was well organized.
I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who wants to explore Dubai, even if they only have a few hours available.

We are a group of four that all of us are new to Abu Dhabi. We chose this guided tour as a shore excursion tour of our cruise trip. Our guide/driver Muhammad Rafiq provides a superior professional service. He covers from deep culture, history & heritage of Abu Ghabi, to the contemporary urbanization & future developments by moving through iconic landmarks. He is knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, patient & is a good communicator, and also to be flexible to meet our special preferences & needs. He made all of us have an indepth understanding of everything about the city & so be more enjoyable.

He offers an all inclusive tour price package that includes all required tickets (e.g. mosque) so we won't need to worry about lining up & buying tickets.
Vehicle is luxurious, comfortable, clean & he is a safe driver.

Conclusively they provide a superior & hassle free guided tour. Very highly likely will go for them again if we tour Abu Dhabi in the future. Highly recommended.

Our guide, Saif has been very accomodating with us. He is an expert driver. He helps us with finding the best price souveniers at the souqs and managed our time well there. Will definately repeat this service again when visiting Dubai

Those of you who have read my reviews know that I am Blessed to be able to travel frequently to amazing venues.

My wife and I planned a 3 week safari to Kenya and as we enjoy Dubai decided to have a 3 day stopover in Dubai prior to traveling on to Nairobi.

We have been to Dubai many times and merely looked at this visit as an opportunity to enjoy some Middle East culture as we adjusted to any issues from our 16 hour Emirates flight. Also as Nairobi is only one hour difference from Dubai, it seemed to make sense.

During our planning, I decided to book a 6 hour Dubai with ‘Tours By Rafiq’. We did not expect much as we thought we had a very good understanding of this beautiful place. We were wrong!

From the moment I began to plan with Rafiq, I knew something was different. His professionalism and wonderful friendliness was apparent in every correspondence. We have had professional guides all over the world…never one this good. Ever!

I usually inform guides about the things that we are interested in prior to traveling. After corresponding with Rafiq, I decided to trust him. Wow, what a good decision.

Rafiq was even more friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in person. A tour that was to last 6 hours ended up being 9 as this wonderful man took us through every interesting aspect of this ‘city of hospitality’. As the afternoon continued, I asked him where he would recommend that we go for a traditional Arab meal when we returned to our hotel. Instead of throwing a name of a restaurant out, this generous soul suggested that he take us to a restaurant in Old Dubai. Oh my…what a magnificent experience. The food was the very best that I have ever had in the Middle East..and I have lived or eaten in most of the countries here. There was no comparison to anything that we had experienced previously. The food, entertainment, cleanliness, and service was truly the best we have had in this region. We asked Rafiq to order for us and he did so magnificently. This restaurant had very few, if any tourists…it seemed to be an Arab favorite. What a blessing for us to spend time with this incredible man.

I will not enumerate all of the sites that he guided us through…way too many to mention. He did not only accompany us to all of the marvelous places, instead, he provided us rich stories of the history and was an incredible source of cultural and historical understanding.

Do yourself a favor, if you are traveling to Dubai for your first or your 10th visit, do yourself a favor and allow Rafiq to guide you.

Today we met a guide but gained a special friend. He is the better at what he does than anyone we have interacted with anywhere in the world.

My wife and I had a long stopover in Dubai and booked a one hour walking tour if the El Fahidi district with Rafiq M. He ended up guiding us for 2 hours and driving us back to the airport and refused to take any additional payment beyond the first hour. His knowledge of Dubais history, his good English and his hospitality was wonderful. We highly recommend him as a guide.

He was patient with our questions, always had a smile on his face, and made sure everyone in the group was comfortable and enjoying themselves. I recently returned from an incredible vacation in Dubai, and I can honestly say it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! From the futuristic skyline to the cultural gems, every day was packed with exciting discoveries—and much of the credit goes to our amazing tour guide, Majid.

Dubai offers a unique mix of modern marvels and rich traditions. We visited all the major attractions:

• Desert Safari – dune bashing, camel rides, and a stunning sunset followed by a traditional Bedouin-style dinner and entertainment.

• Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis – iconic spots that made for incredible photo ops and a fun day exploring the waterpark.
• Dubai Creek and Al Fahidi Historical District – perfect for a taste of old Dubai, including a relaxing abra ride and visits to local souks.

But what truly elevated the trip was Majid, our guide throughout the journey. He was extremely knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about Dubai’s history, culture, and architecture. His passion for his city was infectious! Majid was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, always making sure everyone in our group was comfortable and engaged. Whether it was navigating the crowds, offering recommendations for local food, or explaining cultural customs, Majid was always ready with a smile and genuine enthusiasm.

This trip gave me a whole new appreciation for Dubai, and I can’t recommend it enough—especially if you have the chance to explore it with a guide like Majid. He truly made the experience unforgettable.
