Very bad agency…. Trusted their USA tourist visa ad and applied through them…. Got rejected by wrong documentation done through them…. If documentation was not enough, should have informed that documentation is not enough…. They charge 60 % more than the apple charge and do not gurantee if visa gets rejected because of their faulty documentation for visa purposes…. Scammers to the end…

Very unprofessional behaviour from the operations team. They always specify important details in the last moments of travel. I lost 250 KWD airline credits because they didn't responded back in time.
I would not recommend house of tours to anyone in Kuwait who wants tour plans to popular destinations. Prefer other tour companies.

They helped me a lot to get my father’s US tourist visa. I was trying for long time but these guys made it simple for me. Special thanks to Raffik who always cleared my doubts and helped me with my documents and other things

I had a very bad experience with this agency. They called me and said that swizz tourist visa is available within 2 weeks and they asked rs.15000 as one time fee. They shown me some documents where someone already got visa. So I paid the amount and expected visa. I went to vfs office and gave all the documents they have given and finally the visa got rejected with the lack of their paper work. I had to use another 15k for this. In total, I lost 30,000 rs and after that those guys didn't pick any calls.

It's a fake agency and don't waste your money with these Frauds...

Very professional and responsive team, especially Akhil Jose who planned the whole trip in less that 24 hrs, also the tour guide and driver Nini and Z in Georgia were amazing and dedicated which made us feel home.
Also the hotel staff Vladimir was very welcoming.

It was an incredible trip arranged by House of tours to Tbilisi,Georgia.
When we arrived at the airport, the chauffeur greeted us and assisted us in exchanging currencies and obtaining a local SIM card, after which he immediately drove us to the hotel. It was elegantly set up, and the staff at the Marrion Hotel was polite and humble. The pleasant drivers and guide made the journey enjoyable.

Worst ever experience, bunch of frauds, will take the money in seconds and wont do any process, applied for visa and they dont even bother to answer the call or even answered they will tell the person who is in charge of my file is not well or on vacation... waited more than months to get the reply mean time i got the process done my self
