I bought the Positive Vibration XL headphones in 2020 and loved them. The packaging was mostly cardboard and headphones are good quality and comfy. I do have a few complaints though. When using Bluetooth on a videocall connected to my laptop, the headphones don't seem to recognise that they're being used and switch off automatically after some minutes (from being "idle" I'm guessing). Secondly, one of the ear cushions started to split after 1.5 years of wear which is predictable and happens to most headphones. Since the headphones still worked, I really just wanted to replace the cushion but the HOM customer service were not able to provide me with any products for this. They said I can find replacements on ebay or Amazon or an electronic store, but I couldn't find anything legitimate. I asked them for a link for a relevant product but they weren't able to provide anything. Instead I was offered an entire replacement since my product was still in warranty. This is a real shame considering how "eco" this brand claims to be. Selling spare ear cushions on their website would save them hassle and money on sending replacements, as well as on resources...

Worst in earbuds broke within a day. Sent back and refunded. Avoid

I suffer from overstimulation because I have ADHD and have been looking for some noise cancelling headphones for a while but they are so expensive. These ones were really affordable because of the competitive pricing and student discount.
They arrived within two days with standard delivery which was super fast and the materials for both the headphones and the packaging was amazing quality.
So comfortable to wear even for long periods of time, had them on all day at work. The sound quality was excellent and the active noise cancelling is also really effective - I work in an open/Co-working space with lots of background noise from other people, machinery, etc and they worked a treat.
So happy with this purchase and it’s great to know that your money is going toward addressing deforestation.

Awful experience. I ordered a record player and speakers over £350 on Saturday and paid for next day delivery. We had already been let down by a different company hence the next day delivery. Of course I wasn’t expecting Sunday or even Monday but definitely Tuesday. Tuesday came and no goods so I sent an email. The reply was it was coming Wednesday. It didn’t and the birthday was Thursday so I sent another email to be told that ‘low stock’ meant it could no longer be delivered and I could have a refund or they could ‘escalate’ the case but would have to wait for a response from someone??? So I had nothing to give to my 13 year old. Very poor show. Why on earth take an order of there is no stock?

I've been dealing with customer service and IT SUCKS! I placed an order at first that I never received. Then I had to wait for my credit to be returned in order to get another order shipped to me. Once the credit came in I placed an order for 2 pair of earbuds, one which was supposed to be a gift for someone. The gifted earbuds came defective. I filed a claim and returned the product with the shipping label provided. The order was shipped the first week of JAN 2022 and it seems to have gotten lost. Keep in mind that shipments are insured so even if it gets lots, it's covered. Regardless, after several emails, customer services has refused to reply and give me a simple update. They haven't followed through at all and the frustration that this has caused makes me say that ANY House of Marley Product is not worth your time or investment. WORST PRODUCT AND EVEN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! House of Marley clearly doesn't care about their brand and much less they don't care about the people they serve. All they clearly care about is selling you a crappy product and taking your money.

I couldn't be more pleased with this brand. Not only are the headphones high quality, but they are also affordable too. The customer service is also exquisite. I've been using House of Marley headphones since I found a discounted pair in Boots 5(ish) years ago and I am glad to say I have been loyal to them ever since. If you are unsure about the headphones, trust me and purchase them for you will not be disappointed.

Really looking forward to a new set of headphones, have used the brand in the past. This set are completely dead, followed all instructions and nothing.
Really disappointed, now having to self isolate so can't even return for replacement.

I cannot rate Marley high enough. My family and I have bought several of their products and have been impressed by the quality, look, company values and pricing. I recently had an issue with a product and the customer service was excellent and responsive. I will continue to buy and recommend your products

I have had the No Bounds speakers for over a year, and Champion headphones about 10 months, both are still going strong. Love them! Quality is awesome, and both are very durable. Plus its great they are made from recycled materials. Customer service was also really helpful and fast to respond. I'd definitely recommend to anyone and I would buy from House of Marley again. Thank you!

Not suitable for phone calls. I feel so sorry for giving this negative review, cause I love everything about these earphones and had wished to continue loving them. Unfortunately, after trying them out for a few week, I must conclude that they do not perform the way I need them to. When I'm on the phone at home, there's no problem. Their sound is perfect, they connect to iPhones and Macbooks super easily and wear comfortable. I also love their sustainability focus. But when I'm in a call and there are sounds around me, I am inaudible for the other person. This makes the earphones unsuitable for me at this moment.

Had the previous pair for five years and loved them so repurchased when they wore out. These ones only lasted a couple of months before getting kinks in the cable and splitting the fabric! Super disappointing

I received my item the day after I ordered it. As it was a gift to my daughter, I can’t comment on the earphones themselves but the service was absolutely brilliant.

My headphones did not work. I had to get an adapter for my Apple phone. I thought it was the adapters I tried a few.

It was the actual headphones so not impressed at all.

I know sometimes it’s not the brand that’s rubbish might just be a faulty item.

I wish I received extra rubber tips for the headphones they were not attached. The headphones seem to struggle a little in the wind as well but I live in Edinburgh so I guess that's on me :)
Order and delivery was very quick and easy but I never received a confirmation email.
Still great headphones just what I need.

I have now owned 2 pairs and am very happy with the quality and also their ethics regarding recycling.
