Outstanding service and aftercare
The team at Hamilton were tremendous. They went out of their way to help my housebound elderly mother when she developed problems with her hearing aids.
After months of hearing decline we were convinced nothing could be done as my mother was unable to attend the hearing clinic in person. However I was advised to take her hearing aids along to the audiologist who managed to completely restore their function . My mother is absolutely over the moon as she is now able to hear as clearly with her hearing aids as when she first bought them.

Excellent service
I was very impressed with the service I received at the House of hearing Alderley Edge clinic. They were so welcoming, friendly & reassuring. I had wax removed from my left ear by Micro suction. Kim was brilliant & removed it all. Now I can hear properly again!

Nice people. Always professional. Ive been using the Henley clinic for ear wax removal for a few years before it came under the House of Hearing brand because they take so much care. And now the price is lower, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I recently had my hearing checked at…
I recently had my hearing checked at House of Hearing in Edinburgh. It was very easy to make an appointment and the testing they gave me felt very thorough. Afterwards the audiologist explained the results. With very helpful information to take forward. All the staff from start to finish were friendly and I would certainly recommend the House of Hearing.

Absolute rip off, paid £50 was in there less than two minutes.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Earwax Removal appointment. These appointments are charged at a fixed fee of £49, which covers the clinician’s time, examination of your ears, professional assessment and advice, and of course any treatment that is required.
If treatment isn't recommended, either because there isn't any troublesome wax present, or treatment is otherwise not clinically recommended for a patient's health, we will not carry out treatment.
You of course are welcome back any time for a Free Hearing Test, or if you would like to discuss your recent experience in more detail, we would be more than happy to speak to you about this.

Clinician very courteous, knowledgable and helpful, explaining the current state of my hearing loss and advice as to what aids I could upgrade to should I wish to at any time in the future. No sales pressure, just very clear and helpful.
