First time I have been to House of…
First time I have been to House of Hearing Edinburgh and was happy with the location, premises and service. My blocked ears were attended to as I would have expected. Lady technician told me about the micro suction process and showed me the wax removed from my ears which I wanted to see. As I turn 75 in May 2027 I look forward to my free hearing test and wax removal then.

Excellent service from the whole team
Excellent service from the whole team. My dad was visiting from Ireland and he had been complaining about a poor fitting hearing aid end. The company in Republic of Ireland was simply not helping. We did some research, recommended here when AI analysis of companies was run.
Suffice to say issue resolved, great price, great service from all the staff. Communication was excellent and they went above and beyond. Whilst dad lives in another country as long as he is able to fly he said he would rather come back to House of Hearing when replacements are due.
Well done all.

I have been a patient for many years and the service is always excellent. My appointment was for wax removal and the procedure was carried out painlessly with great care. All staff and clinicians were extremely professional and courteous.

I recently had my hearing checked at House of Hearing in Edinburgh. It was very easy to make an appointment and the testing they gave me felt very thorough. Afterwards the audiologist explained the results. With very helpful information to take forward. All the staff from start to finish were friendly and I would certainly recommend the House of Hearing.

First class hearing test
Decided it was time to get my hearing checked, as I wanted to be proactive about addressing any issues early to help reduce the risk of age-related dementia. After doing some research, House of Hearing in Edinburgh came out on top.
I was tested by Stuart, who was exemplary in every way. He explained all the technical and practical details perfectly, giving a very honest and humble assessment without any sales pressure. It turns out I have some minor high-frequency hearing loss due to age, but Stuart reassured me that I don’t need hearing aids just yet. Instead, he offered to book me in for a follow-up test in a year.
The entire process was straightforward and thorough, and Stuart made sure I understood everything clearly. I’ll definitely be back next year and would highly recommend House of Hearing.

I recommend the House of Hearing for a friendly and highly professional audiology service. (Edinburgh branch, Stuart.) This was my first ever hearing test, having been referred by a friend who is a satisfied client of many years standing.
The hearing test was conducted in a comfortable setting and I was put totally at ease throughout. Questions were welcomed and answered thoroughly. I felt my hearing issues had been fully addressed.
I did not require a prescription and as promised there were no charges for the test. I will return in future for check ups.

Excellent and professional experience…
Just home after a very thorough hearing test by Stuart who was friendly, experienced and took time to explain everything. This is my second visit as I had Ear Wax removal a week ago and a hearing test was suggested, both free. I have a middle ear problem which Stuart kindly gave me advice about and the whole experience was very professional.
