3rd class app.. able to open on TV after multiple attempts on daily basis. Whenever new series come on hotstar, not able to watch for atheist 5-6 days..

They took off support for firesticks in UK and since I do not have any other device to watch it on I claimed a pro-rated refund. They are clearly in the breach of contract but refuses to admit it

I would give zero to hotstar.
I paid subscription to view in Canada for a year but after a few days it stopped working. When l contacted help center they asked me to change IP address because eventually l came to know that it is not allowed in Canada.
They sold the subscription even when they knew that it doesn't work in Canada. They won't give me refund. Terrible...disappointing experience

Disney plus hotstar is not working on my device TV and mobile but I have no any way to complain to this app. This is horrible you service is very bad and I contacted continue on customer care number but it is not working

Very worst platform i saw, it's better to watch on TV rather in app. Full of advertisements. App is just to loot the customers. Never reffer any one.

What is your customer service. You have been taking money from my account when I don't have or had any subscription. No reply to emails and there is no phone number to contact. What sort of system they have !!

I have purchased 3 months subscription in hot star but it's n not good dicision for me how to watch match in hotstar here is not showing ind vs NZ match. Very bad

I have purchased a subscription of 3 months fir mobile ,i was logged in .however i am unable to view any thing and it just buffers.

I requested a call back to sort the issue and i receive a notification that an agent will call back shortly .

But 3 hrs and no call as yet .

I had purchased this specifically to watch the live match .

Dear users. Dont subscribe to it. Its expensive and Full of ads. Worst app. Youtube is better than this. Go for prime or netflix. Be ware of hotstar

Slow and jarring website. Different broadcast for different regions. No live sports transmission in the UK. I subscribed to watch Asia cup live but shows "area specific content" too late after you have already subscribed.

They advertised on web pages to show Cricket matches on hotstar.com, but they don't. Lack of clarity and transparency. Mostly old films could be watched on subscription. Mis lead online marketing and advertisement.

One thing I noticed immediately after purchasing a Mobile Quarterly subscription was Disney+ Hotstar's reluctance to offer lower streaming/download quality. Right now only 4 options viz; Auto, Full HD (1080p), HD (720p) and SD (480p) are available. These speeds turn out to be real data guzzlers for subscribers like me depending on Mobile Data plans (1.5 GB per day). Hence, Disney+ Hotstar must re-introduce Low (240p) video streaming/download resolution at the earliest. I am sure this will help improve the ratings.

This is the worst app OTT platform as after purchased and premium platform still its shows advertisement, so suggest you all don't purchase Hotstar premium service as it's of no use, so be aware in taking subscription as its only waste of money.

I have bought the VIP Subscription. But when i open and want to watch the Latest Video, it shows that you don't have an active connection. But, even though i am able to watch and view all other websites, Youtube, etc. They just stole my money. Will suggest, not to pay, just view for free.
