I made an online order for a wedge. The website claimed they had 4 in stock ready to dispatch. Complete nonsense. If you read through the critical reviews you will see that Hotgolf have disappointed other people making claims on stock availability and delivery times. They did respond to my complaint and did issue a refund so I have adjusted their rating from 1 to 2 stars. I bought the club for a little bit more from another online site - it came in 2 days as promised.

Great customer service from Carl and Darren. Sorted a great deal out with no messing about, straight to the point and delivered in less than 24 hrs. Will definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend.

Customer service stripes for me are earned when things go wrong, i.e. after sale. My rangefinder developed a fault. I emailed Hot Golf and Jess came back in very short order to help. She arranged for return of the faulty item for inspection & a replacement from Bushnell under warranty. Always polite, Jess was quick to respond, clear and friendly, a true pleasure to speak with. Organised 24hrs recorded post both ways too.

Wow, what great customer service! had a problem with a golf umbrella, which was listened to and resolved very quickly. Returns label sent and a replacement received quickly with no fuss. Excellent will definitely use them again.

I purchased Ecco golf shoes in June 2022 and they were waterproof guaranteed for 2 years. However, my shoes started to leak so I called Hot Golf. Hot Golf were very efficient and got my claim sorted out with the Ecco with 2 weeks i.e. Ecco reviewed my claim & agreed to send me a new pair of Ecco golf shoes. Excellent service and I would highly recommend Hot Golf. I would definitely use Hot Golf for any further purchases.

Amazing customer service - helpful advice pre-order and a straightforward exchange when I changed my mind. Easy to get through on the phone and direct to someone who can help. Fast delivery and very competitive pricing. What's not to like!

The customer service at Hotgolf is second to none. I had to ask for a replacement pair of golf shoes due to a defect on the original pair. Was looked after and the issue dealt with very promptly and professionally. Best in the business in my opinion.

Was searching for a replacement wheel for my old golf trolley, nothing available. Contacted a few other companies but no luck. Contacted HotGolf and they managed to speak to the manufacturers who located a similar wheel. This was sent to me via HotGolf at no cost to me and turned out to be ideal. This shop has been very fantastic when dealing with my driver shaft replacement under warranty. So trusty, quick and accurate. I would like to shop again at Hotgolf later on. Truly my recommendation on this shop!

From start of order to the end of my order was updated with my custom irons ping G-430 staff over the phone and email was excellent could not fault them at all and very helpful would use again and recommend others to use top job hotgolf keep up the good work 👍🏽

I feel companies should be judged on how they perform when things go wrong and I cannot praise hotgolf or most accurate Michelle from hot golf for her amazing customer service!

Ordered a bag which was faulty and then had issues getting this returned, that being said this is when Michelle stepped in. She couldn’t have done anymore for me other than drop my replacement bag off herself.

After my initial issue I would have been hesitant to shop with hotgolf again but after Michelle’s 5* service I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Michelle

Ordered a ping g410 driver 12 degrees.
Waited days it never arrived,After several calls they said it went missing and I had been sent an email. I had not received notification.
Anyway they said I could get a refund or a replacement, I said a replacement with the same shaft, they sent one out with a different shaft. Not good at all.

So much stock to choose from. Top of the range equipment to budget gear, which still offers great quality.
I have to say the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Not for the first time i ordered something from hotgolf only to be emailed a few days later to be told that the item is not in stock. This is despite the website saying that it is in stock. I have now learned my lesson and will never use hotgolf again.

Very positive experience. A stock issue resulted in the team reaching out to ask if upgrading my order would be acceptable.
