Firstly, regarding the cPanel access: our system provides a direct “Login to cPanel” button to make things easier — especially for beginners. When you mentioned login issues, our support team responded with that standard solution, which works for the vast majority of users. If it didn't work for you, the issue may have stemmed from local browser settings, cache, or extensions, which is why we suggested switching browsers — again, a common troubleshooting step in web hosting.

As for your website going offline, this was unrelated to the login issue, and may have been due to misconfigurations on your side — something that could have been resolved faster had you provided us with more details instead of expressing frustration.

We also note that you previously made a mistake with your domain settings — and while our team pointed this out honestly, we regret if the wording came across as harsh. Our role is not to assign blame, but to clarify factual responsibility, especially when user actions impact service delivery.
