Zoe was fantastic throughout the whole process! She made it very simple & straight forward to get our house on the market. She was extremely quick to respond to all of our viewings & our house was sold STC within 1 week. We wouldn’t go anywhere else as Zoe is just the best!!

We were on the buy side and Chris was on the sell side but we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to market a property. He was very personable and communicative and removed a lot of the barriers that we came up against with other estate agents. Thank you Chris, we’re so grateful and couldn’t be happier that you assisted in us securing our new family home.

Chris has been really excellent right from the beginning of our sale-journey , advising us on how to pitch our sale, highlighting sales features, guiding our pricing strategy, marketing our property and producing an informative friendly video for potential buyers to view. As a result we achieved a very quick sale!
Chris confidently managed our interactions with the buyers, legal reps and other estate agents…he advised us on how to manage the occasional ‘wobble’ that arose, encouraged our resilience and guided us through to the end.

We used Hortons to sell my mums house and Zoe Wedgbury was great throughout. Great communication through the whole process and really tried to ensure the process was a smooth as possibly. Would highly recommend

Zoe was absolutely fantastic right from the start. Her knowledge, skills and commitment are amazing.
She offered a number of options for photographs. We opted with the professional ones which were excellent for a modest cost and really made the difference in showcasing our home.
Nothing was too much trouble for Zoe. She handled the majority of viewings and was always prompt at providing feedback and replying to messages.
Zoe is extremely proactive in chasing the chain and I’m sure her perseverance made the difference in ensuring that it progressed to the planned timeline.
Zoe was professional, friendly and great at communication throughout.
Zoe made the whole experience more manageable and she’s the only agent we’d want to use in the future.
Thanks for everything Zoe x

Eliot made selling our house the easiest process at a difficult time. On multiple occasions he went above and beyond his duties and kept me informed at all times of where we were in the process. He was always polite, honest and thoughtful.
I would recommend appointing him as an estate agent to any of my friends and family in the future.
Thankyou for everything Eliot!

I had the pleasure of buying a house listed by Hortons and I couldn't be happier. James, Emily and Zoe went out of their way to make the process as seamless as possible and I'm really grateful for all their assistance. In the past I had quite a few negative experiences with estate agents so I was relieved that we got to work with a great one this time around.

While I'm not planning to move house again in the next 20 years, I'll definitely recommend Hortons to my friends and family when it comes to buying/renting a house.

I’d used Zoe from Hortons to market and sell my parents house back in 2020 so once my Aunt needed to sell there was only going to be one person I called!
From the start of the process you don’t need to worry, Zoe keeps you informed of everything that’s happening and takes away all the stress and worry of selling. Wouldn’t ever use anyone else, 5 star service

Hi Natalie has given me amazing support and guidance through the process of selling my home. She has gone above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and is very reassuring at all times. Her attention to the small details and keeping me informed of everything and most importantly always keeping in touch. I would most certainly recommend Natalie for her professionalism and very importantly her kindness and support when things get stressful. I have moved many times and Natalie is the most professional agent I have encountered but still maintained a very personal touch.

Nicole was absolutely amazing. We were first time buyers and found it very confusing and daunting, she helped every step of the way. She explained and made very confident in what we needed to do. (She spoke to us more than our solicitors). She kept us well Informed, in fact at times I felt that she could read our minds, as when I was trying to find out info from our solicitors her name would pop up on my phone with all the info we required.
She is a such a lovely women, very easy to speak to and would 200% recommend her to anyone.
When we come to sell in the future we will definitely wanting to sell with her.

Thanks Nicole ☺️

The service I have received from Chris whilst selling my property has been excellent. He has kept me informed at each stage and has helped the whole process to run smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Just sold my house with Nicole Beales at Hortons, smooth sailing from the start. I instantly felt comfortable and confident with Nicole - I was kept updated at all times through the process, nothing was ever to much trouble. Highly recommended

Chris recently came to value our home & I was very impressed with his approach, advice and his obvious passion for selling houses. I would thoroughly recommend!

We can highly recommend Chris Goodwin. If you are looking for an estate agent that has great communication, is proactive & professional look no further.

We are glad we choose to sell our house through Chris at Hortons. Would comfortably recommend him to anyone & would be confident to sell/buy a house through him in the future.

Really happy with my experience with Hortons.
They got me a good price really quickly - can’t really ask for more.
The way they market properties is modern and effective.
They made the whole process really easy for me.

I can only say good things of Hortons and in particular of Gianfranco. Very professional, excellent support, quick and efficient communication, and providing very good advice when needed. I’m a first time buyer and buying my new house it has definitely been an easy experience thanks to Gianfranco!

We was so happy with Nicole she definitely gave us hope that she could sell our house when we was desperate to move house and she went above and beyond to do just that and we couldn't have got a better person such a honest and genuine lady and we would recommend her to anyone

After having our house on the market for six months with an “Online Only Agent” and No viewings we knew it was time for a change!
I came across Horton’s social media pages and knew immediately Chris was the right person to sell our house!
Chris took the time to understand what our house meant to us, as well as doing the research on the house and the area. His marketing ideas were fresh and new and his commitment to selling the house was even better.
It’s rare to find an Estate Agent who is so professional, genuine and a great communicator.
I can’t recommend Chris enough, he will exceed your expectations.

Please beware when using Hortons. Although we were happy with the service when we initially started selling our house with them, things very soon changed. After 4 failed sales we decided to have a fresh start and go with a different estate agent that had been recommended by friends and family. We went on to have a very quick and successful sale with our new agent. When an issue arose with our selling fees we were so disappointed with the service we received from Hortons. I had an email out of the blue threatening me with dept collection procedures if I didn't pay the fees within in a week. I tried to email and explain our situation and ask for more time but they were not willing to listen. They even refused to give me a phone number as I really wanted to speak to someone in person so I could explain our very complex situation in detail. There lack of empathy was awful. The situation was incredibly stressful and all they were concerned about was getting their money. Please think carefully when choosing your agent. Go off recommendations from friends and family. We really were just a transaction for Hortons.

My wife and I instructed Tom Sturton to act for us on the sale of a house near Leicester following a bereavement. We cannot speak highly enough of the service Tom provided. We found Tom to have valuable local knowledge, and throughout to be immensely helpful, resourceful, cheerful and diligent. Everything was attended to with impressive promptness, and Tom always seemed to be available when needed. In our experience Tom is the consummate professional, and we will continue to be grateful to him.
