Very grateful for Zoe for getting our house sold. Her communication throughout the entire experience was fantastic and we're not sure the move would've gone through without her. Having tried to sell our house without sucess with Purple bricks we knew we needed a fresh and innovitive approach in order to sell our house in such a difficult market. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and was available for any questions or queries I had with the property via WhatsApp. Being a 1st time buyer, the process of buying a house was rather daunting, but Zoe always took the time to make sure I was happy and explained how things worked incredibly well. After the offer was accepted, she was the liaison with both solicitors and would keep me up to date even better and often faster than my own solicitor! Zoe really made me feel comfortable with the process and when she finally passed me the keys at the end, she produced a lovely gift to welcome me into my new home.
