Horizon deliver modern equipment with a 5 star good old fashioned customer service ethic
Throughout the process Horizon Micromobility were very quick to respond to either emails or phone calls. I had ordered the Estarli E28x at a stage early in it's production further delayed by Estarli's participation in the BIrmingham motorshow. The team at Horizon kept me informed, contacting Estarli on a couple of occasions for me. There was then a slight hiccup (not of Horizon's making) in the delivery arrangements and Matt sorted this out for me very quickly. I'd add that the courier firm they used were actually extremely helpful as well and I'll be giving them a good review.
It's a real pleasure these days to come across a company who respond to emails rapidly and answer a phone call just as rapidly with a human being doing the answering!
Thanks Matt and the team, it's been a pleasure.
PS. The bike is a fantastic ride and is dealing with a very stiff hill with levels to spare.

Communication was not great no updates…
Communication was not great no updates unless I requested one, the battery extender took ages to arrive, no problem with the product communications was appaling.

We're sorry you felt the need to leave a 1 star review. Looking at the history to your order, the order was placed by a Nicholas Vazquez and not by yourself, there are various emails and other communications that we had with Nicholas - and not yourself. We informed Nicholas that the range extender was out of stock with Estarli when the order was placed and we also mentioned that we would not charge for it until the item was available. We also replied to all emails as soon as they were received.
When leaving negative reviews in the future please try and see things from the point of view of a small business. We don't pretend to be perfect and a quick scan of our reviews do show that we care.

Excellent Service
Fantastic service from them. I managed to order the wrong sized bike because of some confusion around the specifications from the manufacturer. Took some organising but have since had the bike collected and the correct one delivered. Really chuffed with how they handled this. Can't recommend them highly enough.
