I recently got the BLAZE M1 29" Mountain Bike in a beautiful pine green colour, and I couldn't be happier with it! It feels sturdy and well-constructed, just right for what I need, and I really love the shade of green. It's perfect for me. The delivery cost was fair, and it arrived fully assembled at my house in Brisbane. I had a small issue with the tyre valve when I first inflated it, but I received full virtual support from Andy, even after hours. He also speaks Spanish and guides you through the process with clear instructions, photos, and videos to make it easier.

Bike was easy to assemble, all tuned up for a ride .
Only negative is the seat feels pretty cheap , but at that price point it's still a bargain !

Super fast delivery. Easy assembly. Very impressed with the bike’s quality. Sleek style. Nice and light so can be pedalled easily as a regular bike without power too.

Dropped in recently and purchased a bike the service was beyond brilliant. I was given honest, knowledgeable advice, the bike was built on the spot, and everything was explained clearly. Loving the bike it was great value for money. We’ll definitely be back!

I haven’t opened the bike yet so I can’t comment on the actual product, but the ordering and delivery experience was fairly hassle free and easy. The bike was delivered very quickly. My only feedback would be that the delivery company you use does not follow your instructions. I asked for the bike to be put through the small side gate as I wouldn’t be home and I saw you printed these instructions and put it in two places on the box. Still the delivery person did not do this and just left the bike at the front door in plain view. Luckily I was able to come home from work to put it inside.

Had a small delay with delivery, other than that I am very satisfied with the electric bike I ordered. Was fun putting the bike together to finish product, as it comes 85% complete. Super fun to ride, gets me to the gym and where I need to go much faster than a regular bike. Quality is what I expected and quality I got with Horacio Bikes. Love it.

The bike itself exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and price, but above all I would like to highlight the kindness of the staff and their concern for both the shipping and ensuring the bike arrived safely.

They were very helpful in providing answers to my questions via email before purchase. The two bikes that I ordered were shipped the next day and arrived two days later. They helped me over the phone with a question that I had regarding the assembly of the bikes. It was a very good online shopping experience and I recommend Horacio bikes to others.
