Hope Fashion Anmeldelser

I have bought many items from Hope Fashion and I have never been disappointed! Everything is high quality, so comfortable and I always get positive comments from friends when I wear something from Hope. Delivery is prompt and on the rare occasion I’ve had to return something, it’s been easy to do and refund quickly made.

My wardrobe is now around 80% Hope Fashion. I wear at least one piece every day.
Their clothes are fantastic quality. They can be worn endlessly and still look amazing.
For anyone looking at Hope on the website, I would say don’t solely rely on photos. How the clothes feel and fit is what sets Hope apart. Personally I recommend the asymmetric pleated skirts, (I have 4 colours!),the over sized blazer and the black loop hem skirt…. My personal favourite.
The foundation wear is amazing, perfect for travelling.
Also I cannot speak highly enough of the Hope team. It’s a passion, and I’ve caught it too!!!

Speedy delivery, beautiful clothes, lovely packaging and sweet handwritten note in my parcel. Will absolutely Order again!!

Again, the product arrived very quickly. The cape coat is so versatile-a nice roomy fit so you can layer up for the cold or just enjoy the swing of it!
I also have to say, it was another great sale bargain, I couldn’t have afforded it normally. A classy treat!

The foundation pieces I bought are timeless classics and something I have thought about purchasing for a while. I saw them in the sale and thought 'now is the time'. They are excellent quality and pieces you can dress-up or down as you need. Excellent quality and they were delivered within 3 days of ordering. I can see years of happy wearing ahead.

The oversized tweed jacket is comfortable, warm and light enough to wear whilst driving. It goes well with jeans or smart trousers and will doubtless be a staple of my wardrobe for many years to come.
Well done Hope, another winner! Thank you

really wanted to support this business and looked forward to receiving my order which arrived in good time. Unfortunately none of the clothes turned out to be suitable and I provided written feedback on the return label but sadly no-one acknowledged it or contacted me further. meantime despite being bombarded with marketing emails urging me to shop new products the website remained the same with no new items to view so I unsubscribed and now have had yet another email inviting me to review ........Within 24 hours of leaving my review Amanda has provided a pleasant, though generic, response to it which sadly lacks any real sense of engagement with me as a customer.......

Fast delivery, great under foundation garment, will shop again with hope

ease of ordering Speed of delivery. Quality of product

Well first off they delivered the wrong item; the dress instead of the skirt. I liked the dress, it was good quality and suited me and, tbh it was a pain to send it back. I contacted customer services via email to ask for a price adjustment. The dress was actually cheaper than the skirt. Nothing! I waited over a week to give them chance to get to my email but ….. still …… nothing. Despite the fact that my order came with all these handwritten notes asserting that customer service was personalised, no one got back to me. Disappointed.

Ordered 2 sale items which arrived the next day so very impressed with delivery service. Unfortunately, I had to return a cardigan which was very large (in spite of being labelled as small). I am just over 5 foot tall, weigh around 55 kg and was absolutely swamped by the cardigan. Rather disappointing but, at least, the returns procedure was easy. This is my first purchase from Hope so a little worried about sizing if I buy again

Great swift order & fast delivery too.
As usual great quality too x great to purchase from you again x

Fantastic quality, colours and fit. Very happy. Speedy delivery too!

Prompt service and excellent product - thank you

A swift delivery; lovely personalised messages in the parcel; fabulous skirt (I need to have it shortened a bit though as am only 5ft! 😂)

I really enjoy looking at what Hope Fashion has to offer. I like classic clothes but I also like quirky clothes but nothing too outrageous. Hope Fashion gives me this along with great quality that lasts.

Great service, excellent communication and very prompt delivery. Unfortunately product was not suitable but free returns process is excellent and so easy.

really quick arriving, nicely packed and a message from Kerry this time. Thank you

Excellent service from Hope, again. No so from DHL, as previously did not deliver when they said and no update for several days.
Love the dress, sadly the skirt was lovely but did not fit me.

Had an email to say my sale item was back in stock. Immediately placed an order that was accepted and payment made. Only to have an email a week later saying it was out of stock and a refund was made. I was very disappointed as I wanted the item and had bought items previously from store on line. Quick communication the next day and the shop contacted me as they had found another item which I paid for and was despatched straight away.
