Bonjour j’ai commandé sa fait 10 jours aucun signe de livraison j’arrive même pas suivre l’avancement de mon colis car j’ai l’impression qu’ils ont désactivé mon compte j’arrive plus à y accéder alors que je l’ai belle et bien créé

No compréis aquí, no mandan el pedido, no contestan ni nada. Les escribí por instagram y una señora muy desagradable me dijo que esperase más…hice el pedido el 4 de Junio y aún no se nada

Absolutely shocking service I have been trying to return my order for over 6 weeks. My items arrived 2 weeks after I actually needed them. I followed the return instructions the day I recovered the order, which was contact them via the contact form on the website. I had no response nor a response to the two other messages I have sent chasing this up. Absolutely no other way to contact someone directly dispute the website stating you will get a reply from a real person.

Hola hice un pedido el día 16/03/25 y a día de hoy 12/05/25 no recibo mi pedido ni contestación x ningún lado ni reembolso. Muy decepcionada !!

Hice un pedido el 23 de marzo. No paro de mandarles email y no me contestan. No me dicen que está ya enviado o que no ha salido aún, no dicen nada. Cobrar si cobraron el primer día pero para mandar el artículo no lo mandan.
Estoy decepcionada con esta página y espero una solución rápida.

Es una empresa que engaña, ya que nunca te mandará tu pedido,y tampoco te responde a los correos. FATAL

I am a belgian client and I never received my purchase, a open back knitted top. They took my money (I paid by visa) and never received the product. I sent 3 emails and no answers, only automatic reply. Any suggestion ?

Negative surprise had to pay for return fright (and for original fright of the goods, i.e. fright 2 ways --> 98 SEK to try out a shirt that did not meet the expectations)

Briefly, but sufficiently enough, before placing my order read return policy for sale items and could not see any potential freight fee in return policy.

A nicer approach would be to be frank and honest about return fee. I now associate Hope as a brand with hidden fees, which makes me more likely to be non-returning
