I bought a dress absolutely beautiful stunning quality - wore it to Westminster Abbey for VE Day celebrations and felt amazing

Dress took a little longer than anticipated and issue with tracking , but customer service was immediate and was able to tell me where parcel was straight away.
Dress beautiful and looking forward to wearing it for a special occasion.

Dresses are absolutely beautiful. Sizing is definitely off have to say ... same cut of dress (wrap, what will fit in one will be too big or too small in another.) And small fitting. definitely worth trying though. I've bought quite a few now (3 different ones for wedding because i keep seeing more dresses i love.... and in several different sizes now. Customer service were absolutely lovely when I sent back shoes by mistake to the wrong place and they got in touch and returned them to me. When I had to chase a refund it was a different story. After several emails i thought i wasnt getting my money back and it was just tough! I did though. They said they are a small company and working on it. Overall would recommend, because the dresses are gorgeous, they are flimsy and sizing definitely off but still beautiful. Wish they were on the likes of NEXT where you could order several sizes at once easily and then have use of their returns service... and all the dresses plus size etc in one place. Hope they maybe think about doing more shorter going out dresses too. 😃

Its a pity I can't give them the superstar button. I know it's only a dress but behind those dresses is a very special occasion.. I bought a dress underestimated my size and girth and messed up. I contacted the company and the lovely Bettina and she found a supplier who had the dress and then when that wasn't working even offered an alternative. Can't thank them enough and love the dress all ready for my daughters big day out

Sick of ordering stuff online and not getting a full refund (having to pay shipping etc). So was delighted when I returned an item and got full refund with no hassle. Trustworthy site.

Hope and ivy need to focus on how quickly they give refunds. 10 working days plus they say another 5 depending on your bank. I returned my goods on the 27th Feb and basically refund is still not in my account whilst 2 other clothes retailers refunded my money within 7 days.

Still waiting for a refund and no response to enquiry.

Yes I’ve patiently waited for over two weeks now and have sent proof that the item has been received by yourself. (Over 2 weeks ago)

Sadly I think this company could do with looking into their returns procedure and not keep hold of customers money for inordinate amounts of time.

Please just refund customers in a timely fashion.

Not really happy. Dress was really not a good fit - very long and gaping around the bust area. Also not the best quality, fabric seemed quite thin.

Gorgeous dresses and pretty speedy delivery, although the dresses are stunning they are cut too small on the bust in all 3 that I have ordered. One dress ordered has a plunging neckline and description states there is a hidden hook and eye feature for a more modest neckline but it appears to be so discrete I can’t find it. Looks like I may have to return all three which is a shame as the dresses are gorgeous.

I love my Hope & Ivy, William Morris The Magnolia. As a plus size girl, I was worried that the sizing would come up small but it fitted perfectly. It was comfortable and a lovely quality. I got so many compliments when wearing the dress.

I recently purchased the Ceresi dress to wear on Christmas Day, it is a stunning dress and the quality is excellent, I had so many lovely comments about it, The customer service I received from Hope and Ivy was exceptional as I had to return the first one I ordered as it was slightly to tight round the bust, but I received the next one in perfect time for Christmas. Thank you Hope and Ivy.

I have been a loyal customer for years now, as the dresses are also great for a tall woman. Bettina has provided me with excellent customer service whenever needed for my returns. Receiving lots of compliments for the dresses. Thankful to have found the brand years ago!

I returned two items (at a cost of nearly £200) on 9th December, it is now 20th December and no refund has reached my bank, yet a customer service rep tells me the package has been received by their depot.

It is basically theft.

Do not buy from hope and ivy

I love the style of Hope & Ivy clothing but have been very disappointed with many purchases. I ordered dresses with sequins, and the sequins were falling off and threads loose as I got them out of the bag. I kept a dress a couple of years ago, a wrap dress, wore it once and the stitching is already coming very loose on one of the tie arounds so I need to get it repaired. Really disappointing for the price, I won't be buying with them again.

The quality is cheap and also the service no return prepaid option for international shipments really poor experience

I ordered a dress, received in good time. I generated a return and sent via Royal Mail. I was notified that they received on 8th November it is now 22nd November and I am yet to receive my refund despite them commenting here on other negative reviews that they will process within 10 working days. Simply not good enough

I purchased a dress for a special occasion and there was a delay with the courier service. I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond to help send me a replacement even though it wasn't their mistake. Amazing customer service and absolutely stunning dresses. Would 100% recommend.

Terrible for returns.

I’ve been trying to make a return via the company’s Royal Mail link for days. It keeps saying a qr code will be generated and sent to my email but doesn’t materialise. I’ve checked my junk folder.

Tried to make contact through Hope and Ivy’s website and submitting the contact form just links to a captcha ts&cs page.

Edit: received a QR code shortly after leaving a 1 star review. Issue now resolved.
