Hoops + Chains LDN Anmeldelser

Fantastic company ... Quality products that last forever .. Check them out...

Love the products, amazing customer service. However, while I've given 5* for those, the hoop closures are terrible and of the four I have, only one stays safely shut.

Fast service great product highly recommend

Fast delivery. Socks great. Earrings felt very lightweight for the money but still pretty.

Amazing necklace, love the quality and weight!
Very good communication with customer service regarding delivery time as it was a present and needed it before a certain time.

Absolutely love their products, so cool, just made my xmas shopping so much easier! Good customer service, quick delivery!

I've ordered two necklaces and one ring as Christmas gifts and I was so impressed with how pretty and sturdy they looked I've decided to keep the ring to myself.
Great independent brand

Great quality and cool designs. Excellent service, I will be a regular customer x

I don't live in London anymore but these guys are still an absolute VIBE!
Well made, good quality and robust enough to deal with club sweats, gym sweats or just being a Hot Mess sweats! Designs are fun and stylish and a good way to express yourself without breaking the bank. Mwah! Love Ya babes!

Hoops & Chains do the best non tarnishing jewellery. They are my go to for banging gold pieces. The service is excellent too. Fast delivery and great communication.

I love the design and brand, but the customer service doesn't work. I bought a few pieces and wanted to return some of them so I contacted them. They gave me a wrong address at first and said I should send it with a tracking number. I checked the address online and asked them if it is the right one, and the confirmed, that the Adress online was the right one. So I payed the shipping on my self and did so. About two months later nothing happened so I wrote again and they wanted reminder about the order, so I sent them again my Order number and tracking number. Month after that still nothing... So I wrote again and now am waiting

I love my necklace, I wear it every day. Great price, speedy delivery. I shall buy more!

I absolutely love the design and the make and didn’t have a problem when I first ordered, however the second time I ordered I feel like the hoops were abit to heavy and also one of the hinges was loose resulting into one of them falling of and being lost which I’m gutted about

I love this brands necklaces so I’m really sad to say this is the second time I’ve bought earrings and the closures didn’t work.
This set the butterfly back that kept falling out from the first wear, the third time this happened when I was out and the back is now lost.
The first set I bought was a clasp closure which never stayed done up so that earring also kept falling out, I had to stop wearing them after just a couple of wears. This is why I tried buying butterfly grips the second time.
I would avoid buying earrings of all kinds after these experiences and I feel like I’ve sadly wasted my money and will have to spend more to replace them.

Love my c@&! ring so much I bought my friend one! Arrived the very next day, wow

Absolutely love Hoops and Chains! Awesome designs, gorgeous jewellery and excellent customer service.
I had a problem with an item and they sorted it out straight away no problem at all.
Thank you Hoops and Chains for being such a fab company. 😍

I love the brand, especially the offensive jewellery. However I bought the F*** it hoop silver earrings and unfortunately the clasp wasn’t connecting for the back of the earring, I was disappointed as these was bought for my Friends 40th, luckily a friend of mine squeezed the clasp together so the earring didn’t fall out of her ear. However with all of this, she was getting compliments of where they came from which I was happy to share.

What can I say about this company … a friend brought a chain for me which was unsuitable. I contacted them and they went over and above to sort out the issue they are the best .. quality great too .. will deffo use again .

Great! Love the product. I had a problem with my discount code and it was sorted quickly.

Item was unavailable when ordered however staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue, my partner was over the moon, thank you so much. Extremely happy with product and service.
