Arrived early no problems replacing old system

Frank was so helpful, had my sons tv aerial and tv’s up & running in no time, thanks Frank you were amazing 🤩

The guy was very good and didnt try to state there was another problem.

Making the appointment was straightforward. The engineer Anthony phoned ahead to let us know he was on his way. He proved to have a pleasant manner and made a friend of our dog. He was also very competent and diagnosed our aerial fault in a progressive and logical way. He explained what he was doing and what he had found wrong, and what our repair options / costs were. He then carried out the repairs quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend him.

Honest, quick,friendly, tidy all in all a very good service, would highly recommend.

The only negative was the price quoted didn't include tax and VAT so when it came to payment it was an extra £40. Just be upfront with that and all will be good.

Mr. Wye is a real asset to the company. He was professional, friendly and did an excellent job. I should be most pleased to recommend him to anyone who needs help with their TV and arial.

Absolutely disgusted that this company come out and take advantage of elderly people charging them extortionate amounts of money unnecessarily. My elderly parents have been charged £650 for a new aerial claiming water damage. Pressured into making a decision on the basis that if they didn’t do the job there and then if they came back a week later it’d be £300 more. A simple search on Facebook proves that this has happened to other elderly people which is just disgusting.

**Also worth noting that the badge on the side of the van that came to do the job said No F*ucksGiven and the
Number plate is personalised and ends in NFG - consistent branding but quite a clear message to your business ethics **

We asked for a quote,which was done quite quickly.The engineer that came was polite and professional.
We didn't go ahead with the work quoted as the insurance did not cover the price quoted.All in all was a positive experience.

I booked for an antenna fitting, was told they can’t give me a time but will let me know 1/2hr before arrival, I waited in all day and got a call at 15:30 to say engineer not coming and can they reschedule. I wasted a whole day and should have found a local person on Facebook group you can also save their commission so more goes to the person doing the job.

An absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice.

Firstly, the engineer couldn’t even find my house. He phoned me from the other side of the village, and I had to guide him to the property. Finding my house should not have been difficult, yet even this became an unnecessarily painful experience.

Once at the property, he proceeded to argue with me that I didn’t have a TV aerial on the roof. I repeatedly told him that I did and explained where it was, but he insisted there wasn’t one. Eventually, he found it himself. No apology, no acknowledgement that he’d been wrong, just a thoroughly unpleasant attitude throughout.

My biggest issue with this company is the utterly appalling way I was spoken to by their engineer. His manner was rude, confrontational and completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I was originally quoted £95 for the first hour of work, yet I am now being told that the price has increased! Nobody has provided me with a clear explanation for this increase.

I was happy to pay the advertised £95 for the first hour because I understood that the engineer would attend, identify the problem and carry out the necessary work there and then. I considered that perfectly reasonable, and I was prepared to pay for additional time and materials if required.

Instead, he spent approximately five minutes at my property looking for an aerial he insisted didn’t exist, despite my repeatedly telling him otherwise. No repair was carried out, nothing was installed, and the problem was not resolved. The visit achieved absolutely nothing.

I do not consider it reasonable to charge me for an hour of work that was never undertaken, particularly when I was not clearly informed beforehand that I would be charged this amount simply for attendance, regardless of whether any work was carried out. Had that been made clear to me when booking, I could have made an informed decision about whether to proceed.

I have challenged the charge and have repeatedly been told that I will be charged, rather than being given a satisfactory explanation. The lack of transparency around the pricing, combined with the unexplained increase, has only added to my concerns about this company.

I contacted them expecting a professional service. Instead, I was left dealing with an engineer who couldn’t initially locate my house, couldn’t locate the aerial despite insisting it didn’t exist, and spoke to me in a manner I consider wholly unprofessional.

I will not be proceeding with this company, and I would not recommend them based on my experience. The way I was spoken to was utterly unacceptable, and the lack of clarity around what I was actually being charged for only made an already dreadful experience worse.

Great work and kept us informed as the job progressed.

A quick response time was a good start and a telephone quote that was within our max budget to hang a new flatscreen tv. On arrival the technician seemed to want to find a difficulty at first not understanding that we wished to remove the pivotal bracket for a fixed one that we had complete with the original screws. To fit a flat plate with three screws and hang the tv? Just like that, off the top of his head, £384 plus VAT!! A total rip off price presumably based on our postcode or his need for a fast buck. It was a no thanks without a moment's hesitation and goodbye.
