You told the contractor i had cancelled the appt. I had not.
You had another company call, you kept sending e-mails and texts about getting my request comlpeted.
It was like no one knew what was going on.

Responsiveness of the Warrany Company..
I called in to get my problem fixed and was sent to an appropriate person, however had. To wait 5 days for the worker to come. I am suprised that a company that is as large as it appears to be that they would have very limited resources as far as plumbing companies are concerned …..it is a little concerning to me that if I had a water line break or something worse would I have to wait for 5 days to get it fixed.

I am very upset
I am very upset. I had an electrician come to my house to fix my outside lights. He rigged them up to another switch and now my garage is connected to an inside switch and now another outside light is now on all the time. I told them I wanted to hire my own electrician, and they can pay for it. They said okay and they would send me an email stating they would reimburse me. I haven't received the email yet.
