Plumbing issue
This is my first time using home serve I have been paying my premium for about a year or so so far so good they sent someone out to check the issue in a timely manner and the professional was professional and thorough they don’t cover EVERYTHING included in the repair but it’s better than having to pay for the whole thing at an inconvenient financial time so I’m grateful to have gotten a policy

I had to call twice because of wrong…
I had to call twice because of wrong information from a customer service agent. The 2nd call the agent corrected what was wrong. So if you have a problem with a service claim call again until it's properly handled.
